Class gym. Good vibes, loads of free weights and machines. Good mix of music Ladies section has a decent mix too

After using the gym for a while I can say the gym is for a good workout, nothing fancy. Friendly and helpful staff. Its a cramped gym with many different good equipment. So many equipment squeezed in quite small area. As there are not much space between all gym equipment, it makes sometimes difficult to do workouts as you almost bumping in to other machines or in to each other. Weight plates on lifting machines doesn't have anymore writings how much weight you are using for workouts. Would be great if managing staff could put on adhesive stickers on all plate bars - THANK YOU in advance (can be ordered on Amazon for few £). Unfortunately there are no dedicated space to do stretching and warm-up before/after workouts. 2 showers in men changing room are very poorly not always in good working order, shower trays many times not been cleaned properly after just the cleaner left changing room. Hand soap dispenser in the toilet room are most of time empty (noticed last few month) . Aircon could be on all the time (when its warm outside) instead of open windows, as many people working out and its very warm while you exercising, its not pleasant to do workout in very warm sweaty space.

Excellent gym but unfortunately I could no longer attend. I had a mare with Ashbourne Management who made is so difficult to cancel but I contact Fosse Fitness and spoke to Jack. Within 24 hours the issue was resolved. Much better than other gyms in the area but pay directly (this is possible) avoiding the issues lots of places have with Ashbourne Management. Excellent service - even after membership had ended.

Facilities this is the best 'proper' gym that i have found which opens commercial gym times. dumbbells go up to 70kg the variety of equipment is excellent it is not crowded it has the best female only section that i have seen, and believe me i have been to many gyms it has facilities such as showers, sauna and other fancy stuff if your into all that. but for the hardcore gym goer it is the best gym that opens early doors. it's kept really clean and tidy. Staff the staff are great, their friendly, helpful and always service with a smile. there are personal trainers on site if your a beginner to help you get started. Membership i tried it out for a month to see how i got on there. as of today i have joined up for a year. there is a variety of memberships available to suit individual needs. Negative for me personally, it would suit me better if it opened at 6am rather than 6.30 due to commitments, but that's just me being greedy. however, i did mention this to the owner and he did say if there was a demand he would look into opening at 6:15. Now you can't get fairer than that. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS GYM TO EVERYBODY.

This is one of the best gyms around! The equipment is superb and the staff are always polite and friendly! Very welcoming atmosphere and very helpful! The facilities are brilliant and the ladies only area is always tidy and up to very high standards! The trainers are fully qualified and absolutely amazing! Highly recommend this place!

Great gym Equipment is brilliant. Resistance machines in great condition and the dumbbells go up to 70kg. Have different variety of supplements. Staff are very friendly and will help you with any tips or advice in the gym if you feel like you don't know where to start.

Been a member for a few years now. Cant fault the brilliant and brand new equipment! Numerous machines for every body part, and a fantastic Free weights section going upto 70kg. Very Clean and tidy gym. Excellent, Welcoming and friendly staff who are always happy to help you out.

Fab gym, plenty of equipment and friendly staff. Good atmosphere with gym users and staff. Having a female only room helps when first starting or full time if you dont want to be on the mixed side. I dont use them but there are sunbeds and a selection of supplements or pre/post workout products.

I train many people around the leicestershire area. Within the Thurmaston / Syston area, this is one of the best facilitated gyms. Equipment is up to date and plentiful. The ladies only section of the gym is particularly appreciated by some of my clients. The general atmosphere is good, helped by friendly clientele and staff alike. A lot of my clients have become members; enjoying the facilities, long opening hours and low membership fees.

I can't understand the negative reviews. I have been a member of Fosse Fitness since the day it opened. Great facilities, good opening hours and the staff have been nothing but polite, friendly and respectful. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Lots of kit, and even when busy you cam find something use. A well kitted out ladies only section, as verified by my other half. And plenty of cleaning stations for users and extra cleaning my staff since their reopening.

Absolutely love this gym , Iv been in to fitness for over 15 years and used many gym but this gym it's the best I ever been , I felt comfortable as soon as entered it , not only grait equipment and always clean but also very frendly polite and helpful staff , it's a very friendly gym that not only is got everything for bodybuilding from weights to supplements but also got a side just for ladies, the owner of this gym it's obviously in to fitness himself because everything it's just perfect .... and I love the music ! 😊👍🏼
