D. C.Simply the most friendly, supportive, inclusive gym environment you will ever come across. I joined as a 17st guy approaching 50 and really struggled, almost gave up, but Kelly (the owner) encouraged me not to, addressed my concerns and supported me to keep going.
There's a great environment and the trainers Do their best to keep things fresh, by rotating the excorsises for each session and there is always advise, help and a good bit of fun.
Come along, give it a go, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
M. D.I joined Fitbox about 4 months ago. Tried numerous gyms in Lincoln and I have to say this is by far the friendliest. The coaches are brilliant and recognise your strengths and weaknesses and support you to try to go harder without being pushy. The variety of classes is great and no class is ever the same or repetitive. I've seen good progress in my fitness in just short time. Everyone always seems so happy and it brings a great atmosphere to a great place.

The sessions get you exhausted but at the same time making you want some more the next day. The coaches are all different in their own way but they all complement each other to provide you with a great experience.
