We appreciate your support of Ukrainian refugees. Thank you so much for this opportunity to be a member of your club for free for a year. This is very important for us now for our physical and mental health. It is a wonderful place to be!

Good amount of facilities, loads of parking, huge selection of classes throughout the day. The prices have been raised significantly and they no longer offer any corporate discounts. The small pool has quite large restrictions if you were planning on taking children. It's closed to everyone for aqua every day (except Sundays I believe) and then they place further daily restrictions by making it adult only so you can only take children super early in the morning or late afternoon. This isn't great, especially when I have to pay membership for my 3 year old now when young children used to be free. I don't know why they can't just make the large pool adult only. Why do they have to have both pools???? Also, the snack bar doesn't exactly promote healthy eating with all the junk food on display, it's near on impossible to have a low calorie meal or snack following a work out. Strange promotion for a gym?!? Finally, the sauna in the ladies changing room is out of action more than its actually in action. There's never a rush to get it fixed and it's been out of order for at least 6 or 7 weeks now and that's just this time. This happens on a regular basis! When I'm paying £100 per month for a family membership, I'd expect things to be working or out of order for a minimal period. They are keen enough to take the fee so they should be as keen to ensure customers are receiving the service they are paying for.

Competent, helpful and friendly staff. Very good facilities but starting to show their age. The parent company may be refurbishing throughout in the near future and this would lift the look and fix a number of niggling issues with the showers, hydro-pool pumps etc. The gym area has a wide range of modern equipment and it's typically frequented by average sized people (not contenders for body building competitions)

Been a member for 4 years and I think it's a great gym. I wish they could've taken advantage of when it was shut during the pandemic to give it a lick of paint and maybe tidy up a bit, it's starting to look a bit tired.

Been to 8.30 aqua, fabulous, water lovely and cool, then someone came round with pieces of orange afterwards. Brilliant staff trying to keep us cool, great place, thank you.

We've not long joined as a family, so far we are loving the pool. I've enjoyed the aqua classes, but it would be nice if there were more of those as they are very popular classes, which gets booked up fast. Our youngest daughter has taken part in a kids fit class which she has really enjoyed.

I joined Total Fitness about 9 week's ago now and I'm glad I did. I was a member of Sports Direct pretty much since they took over from LA Fitness but as you may know it's closed down along with the one in Newark, so I joined Total Fitness. It's quite a big gym so it never seems that busy even at peak times. They have a myriad of different resistance machines, one for every muscle I think. There lots of different classes if you wish to use them and there are 4 saunas and a steam room. There's a large spa pool with lots of different jets so you can get right in to those aching muscles and joints, the spa pool along with the sauna is brilliant at helping with the pain caused by my arthritis. They have a very big car park as well and a cafe. I can't fault the place at all 10/10.

Excellent gym that is very large and very popular. The highlight is the pool area containing a small and a large pool and wonderful hydrotherapy pool that is huge and the whole area is very light The changing rooms have been refurbished and are kept spotlessly clean The cafe area is very comfortable with a small but adequate drinks and eats menu The staff I have had contact with have been really friendly and helpful and appear well motivated

Good swimming pool and hydrotherapy pool, also small pool for babies and children's lessons, plenty of equipment, instructors are always there to give help and advice when needed. Plenty of parking spaces and cafe with a range of food, hairdressers and beauty salon too.

Good gym, good equipment, can be a bit busy sometimes but no worse than other gyms in Lincoln. Much cleaner and better maintained than Sports direct and equipment is fixed quite quickly if broken.

It's a good clean gym and pool. If they don't get the showers fixed soon, my stars will go down. There are only a handful of showers that work with tepid water. Even after a year, some showers now put out cold water. It seems only 3 of single cubicle showers work. Knocked a star off.

Wow ..please come to Grantham! We need a decent pool and Jacuzzi relaxation area! So airy and the first Gym I had been in where everyone was genuinely happy! Well done😊

Great gym with a strong family environment. Great for a mixed range of abilities with classes to suit everyone. The pools are maintained to a high standard and break down of most pool facilities isnt common. Few issues here and there regarding machine cleanliness (screens on treadmills) common lack of blue paper towels to clean dirty machines and no working scales in the gents changing room but with such a large facility theres always going to be issues. Despite this it's worth checking out.

Great gym. Classes are fab and it's great that they do 6am classes for those who have to sneak in a workout before work! Aircon system isn't great, and the gym and studios get far too warm in summer. Also showers have been hit or miss, sometimes too hot and recently too cold, they're not very powerful either, but perhaps that's more economical? Staff are friendly. Changing rooms are massive! Great selection of equipment for adults and kids! Decent sized pools and sauna etc. Ample parking! So many lockers...just bring your own padlock. Great that you don't have to wear a swimming cap in the pool anymore. Cleanliness is of a high standard. Roof leaks though... so one studio has a warped floor and one studio a wet floor! Hopefully they'll fix that before winter gets here!! Overall I'm happy with this gym. Nice members here too! Handy app for booking classes!

Went swimming yesterday. Places need to be booked. All staff were very professional and clear. Many thanks to the pool staff last night, sorry, didn't get your names, am blind as a bat, but thanks for the great job. It felt a but worrying to go back after so long but the great team made it easy.

Good gym, has all the quality equipment you would expect, great pool and also family pool. Sauna in male and female changing rooms. Always clean and plenty of street around to assist if required. 2 squash courts and also kid friendly gym to boot.

A Great gym been for a couple of sessions here using a friends free pass. The facilities in the main gym area are great and includes everything you need for a good workout your standard weights bay, squat rack and cable machines. The pool is outstanding I love the hydro therapy pool it's so relaxing and theres different buttons for different jets to hit all them muscles right after your workout. There is a suana, steam room, cold pool and sanarium in the main pool area and an additional steam room and sauna in the changing room. The changing rooms have basic lockers showers cold showers and changing rooms. I really liked the addition of GHD hair dryers too, very useful and much better than those cheap hairdryers you get at standard gyms that don't dry your hair atall. Overall the gym itself is excellent only gripe being the price. Yes you get a lot of facilities however the gym is not 24hrs and I feel nearly £50 a month for a membership is very expensive.

Great club, staff fantastic, loads of activities whether in a class or one-to-one. Has 3 pools to choose from and sauna, steam room etc not to forget the squash courts and kiddies area. After all your hard work you can visit the cafe for a nice treat.

Easily the best gym in Lincoln. Friendly staff, lots of machines and people on hand to lend advice. A vast mix of people from youngsters to old folk and thus has shed the "meathead" image people have of gyms. The swimming facilities are also excellent with a smaller pool for the kids and a large one for adults. Go almost every day and is great. Shame about the music selection though but I guess that's what headphones were invented for.

We are both retired and have pre-paid for a full year off-peak membership. The pool facilities are the best in Lincoln with a full-sized pool and a smaller pool for children and for aqua-fit classes. There is also a massive hydrotherapy pool along with 3 saunas, a steam room, and a Sanarium. Great Value and I particularly like the way that we can suspend our membership foray 3 monthperiod as this means we don't "loose" value from our membership whilst 5ak8ng extended holidays. Its spotlessly clean, staff are friendly and helpful.
