I have only visited this gym once whilst working away in the area. Really impressed with the wide range of equipment on site as well as the shop which has various protein powders, energy drinks and merchandise on sale. Only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is due to a day session costing £10 which I personally feel is a bit steep regardless of the quality of the gym.

Now I've been on every gym on the Worral in last 15 years and this is by far the most impressive and the sheer size means you never feel like it's bust and always machines spare. The dumbell rack is absolutely huge. Machines are high quality and had one of the best workouts I've had in a long time. Be back for sure and more than likely be a regular back in this outstanding facility. This place is brilliant and can't fault the staff they were all superb 👌🏼

A large array of machines and more weights than you'll ever need, open 24 hours, staff very laid back. The music is loud which I like, but I don't like the music itself. It's like really bad 90s club music! So I bring my headphones. Other members are quite supportive. Drinks and snacks at reception are decent. Parking is reasonable. There aren't that many classes (I think external PTs train others here, they do have a boxing room which is relatively well equipped.) It's no Virgin or Nuffield Health, but it has a good vibe and is in a huge warehouse. Haven't used toilet or shower here as I live locally. They have a £25 a month direct debit option or you can pay more if you want to pay cash and they have a day pass option too. Not really any concessions. No pool. Good for a local gym.

Spent some time away through combined injury and COVID, so glad to be back. There is no gym that even comes close to what Dedicated can offer you. Excellent value for money and the kit, staff, atmosphere etc are second to none.

I went here via the hussle app pass. I was expecting something much smaller however was very surprised to see a large amount of equipment. Massive variety of strength equipment. Good cardio options. 2 separate rooms for freestyle and boxing. Nice clean Ladies facilities newly refurbished with sauna, hair dryers and straighteners. Some refurbishment still to compete and spare equipment and machines to tidy up. There is a shop at the front selling protein and energy drinks and snacks. Parking was not a problem. Handy for the M62/M57 access.

Excellent range of equipment. Open 24 hours. Well stocked shop for supplements and apparel. Only negative that as there is so much equipment that it's a little crowded and you have to climb between machines in certain parts of the gym.

Entered in their gym for the first time on 26/7/2017 I'm in love! A wide range of specialist customs-made fixed machines!! Incredibly unique design and give you a PROPER serious workout and I could feel my WHOLE muscles! Seriously it gave me a great ache in the next day! Didn't see much of staffs around but they managed to smile in a positive manner. Even me a gym owner. He's so laid back and easy to talk to! One BIG problem is.... I wish I live near this gym! I'm from West Yorkshire in Halifax! I will be 100% definitely coming back! The Green House is the best! All the best!

Great gym with good atmosphere. It's hard to feel intimidated in this gym as everyone appears very friendly and there's very little of this clique-y influencer culture. It's just a classic gym environment with good quality equipment. However, the equipment is very close together leaving limited room to move about and stay out of the way out of people who are mid-set. I found I was squeezing between equipment to move around the gym and felt like I was in a tight maze, and I'm quite small!

Awesome place .....scale and quality of the equipment is off the chart. The dumbbell rack requires a scooter to go from one end to the other !! It's that big.....1kg up to 160kg in 1kg increments.... excellent standard of cleanliness. Car parking fine.

Best gym I’ve been to. Equipment is all top notch and brand new, and there’s loads of it! Kit I’ve never seen before too. The music gets you pumped for a good workout. If there was one closer to Manchester I’d already be signed up!

No better place to train...there's equipment for all levels of training. Only been a member for a few months but my targets are being smashed every week due to having all the right equipment and knowledgeable people on site 24/7. Let's just hope lockdown has ended for good 👍

The new refurbishment is amazing. This is definitely the best gym I've been to in terms of the amount of equipment. I've never seen so many dumbbells and machines under one roof. All the equipment are organised and put into place. People who go there are serious about health and body building and I've been told people come as far as Manchester and Wales to use this gym. Prices are very reasonable and the gym is open 24 hrs a day. There are various protein shakes and bars to choose from. Definitely a gym worth checking out if you're serious in body building or weight training.

Absolutely excellent gym. I've been a member of every chain gym in and around Liverpool and none of them are even close to this place in terms of equipment, staff knowledge and vibe. The on site shop also has a vast selection of vegan supplements.

The Good Points; Huge gym with lots of space to train and workout. Massive range of dumbbells and machines, especially for legs, chest and back . Wide range of fixed bars, including curling bars, up to 50 kilo. Open 24 hours, with ample car parking and reasonably priced membership. Sells a range of supplements. The Bad Points; Some of the machines are poorly designed and not fit for purpose. Some of the machines and cables are broken. Only one calf machine that`s any good. Shortage of 5-10 kilo plates. Shortage of lighter 8-12 kilo dumbbells. Shortage of decent benches, there`s only about 5 benches in the whole gym. Ridiculously loud music, rave/techno style. Benches and some of the machines need refurbishing. Overall a decent gym with some good equipment, however a lot of the equipment needs either throwing out and replacing or refurbishing.

Best gym in the UK. All the equipment you could ever want or need. All brand new and in great working order. Good music, Good atmosphere. Full of people just looking to workout as best they can and leave. Which is exactly what I was looking for!

I'm not the biggest of gym goers, but I can't imagine how there would be anything more you need than what they have here. Great suppliment shop too, and they'll happily make up a pre-workout for you if you ask.

Lots (and I mean lots) of equipment. Only a couple of niggles - don't join if you don't like LOUD music and by that I mean even with noise cancelling headphones it's absolutely blasting out - by far the loudest out of any gym I've been to. Changing rooms aren't the best either. But if you're just after weights it's top notch! Could do with an induction though - I still don't know how to use some stuff as so much here :) Update 12th December 2018 Gym has had a total refit - all new equipment, absolutely loads possibly more than any other gym in the country. Highly recommended apart from a few niggles still. Men's changing rooms are still a complete state 3 or 4 weeks after reopening - no sinks to wash hands, no lockers to use, showers not very good. I have to stress the actual weights are amazing, far better than any other gym I've ever been - in fact the problem with them is I don't actually know what to do on some of the equipment - names printed on the machine would help. About 10 stairmasters to use too. So hopefully the only negative (changing rooms) will be fixed soon and gym will be 5 stars :)

Obviously a well equipped gym with a lot of machines and dumbbells etc and most staff are friendly and helpful but the state of the place is shocking, not very well maintained, the changing rooms are disgusting and look like they arnt ever cleaned. This would probably be the best gym in the country if it was actually looked after...
