Highly recommended, Chris is a great coach and always on hand for support. Focuzfit is now part of my routine and enjoyable too! Anyone who wants to get fit but have a giggle along the way then you won't be disappointed. Nutrition/meal ideas also available (really tasty) and workouts to do in your own time if you can't make a class. Absolutely love being a part of this gym 💪

Best decision I made joining this gym! I had a warm welcome from day 1 everyone is so friendly it’s like a little community. The studio looks great with all the best equipment and variety of different classes to choose from. Chris is really good at his job as a coach he encourages and keeps everyone motivated throughout classes and nothing is ever too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Focuz-Fit give it a try you won’t look back 😊💯🙌🏻

This week has been my first week attending Focuz-Fit and I have genuinely never had so much fun while exercising. I definitely leave feeling like I have pushed myself! Everybody is so friendly. I feel so comfortable and motivated during the classes. In the past I have struggled with anxiety about going to classes but within 5 minutes of walking in I was fine. Would definitely recommend.

I have been coming to the focuz fit classes since November. Before this I hadn't exercised in about 3 years so I had so much anxiety! Chris and the members as a whole all made me feel so welcome. So much so that I started with 1 class a week and now I do 4! I love the variety of workouts. They work the whole body and we have fun doing it! Since the day I joined these classes I have felt motivated, stronger and enjoyed every minute of my fitness routine. The biggest thing for me is the variation in the classes and the ability to actually get on. Each class is professional friendly with various fitness levels so you don't feel intimidated, Chris is always friendly and professional. Loving this gym, and I have been to many!! By far the best.

Joined the gym just over a month ago and can’t see myself going anywhere else. Love all the classes Chris puts together. He always helps you when you are struggling or being lazy like me ha! Everyone in the gym is so friendly and we always have a laugh, I never feel like I’m on my own. Focuz-Fit has all the best equipment🙌🏽 Definitely recommend!

Really good and challenging classes. Excellent instructors who push you and make sure you are getting the best out of your workouts. Love the early morning pre-work classes and small class sizes. Makes it feel like a little family. The way the instructors interact with kids at the kids camps and classes is excellent. Keep them motivated and bring loads of fun. Highly recommended!

well what can I say about focuz fit. what an amazing place do work out I have recently started a weightloss journey and joined with chris, the classes he does are fantastic and if your finding it hard to keep up he will always give you an alternative to suit you, he makes classes enjoyable and is so down to earth, he is always there to help whenever I need advice and always encourages you to do your best. hes the loveliest instructor so friendly up for a laugh and will talk to you about anything you need to know, so far my weightloss journey has been fun and I'm always excited to go back to his classes. My son first went to Focuz-fit doing their childrens classes and I was really amazed by the different techniques they used to get the children to exercise. The coaches are fantastic role models for the children my younger son now goes and I cant thank them enough for all what they have done for my boys. My boys loves their camps during the school holidays. I've also started to go to their classes starting from their family fit class and now their adult classes for a few months now. When I first started I was so nervous as I've never done any sort of workout class before and my fitness level and my confidence was so low... but it's like a little family, supporting each other through the classes. Now my confidence is much higher than it has ever been and I am so happy with the changes in my health and body. Thank you for everything focuz-fit.

Focuz-fit is an amazing establishment, with a professional team with children and adults. Me and my children have been with this company for a few years and it is by far is the best place I've been for all my fitness needs. The affordability is one amazing perk but for the classes, experiance and the expertise I would pay alot more! Highly recommend to anyone of any fitness level and anyone with children that find it hard to fit in their normal gym routine! There is some thing for everyone.

Focuz-Fit has a ray of fittnes classes (my personal favourite is Circuit-Fit) not matter your fitness level you always feel comfortable as the exercises can be accomdated to your abilities. Brilliant kids camps as well through the holidays, my son always has an amazing time there.

Ultimate kids have been attending our nursery, Kids Planet in Fazakerley for a number of months now and we couldn't be happier! All staff are extremely friendly and professional. Our children always look forward to their weekly sessions. We have seen our children's progress develop since the sessions with their listening and attention skills improving every week. Chris who is our contact for our sessions is always easy to get in touch with and responds to any queries rapidly.
