S. P.I've always struggled with exercise in the past, I'd go through a phase of joining a new gym going for a few months and then cancelling my membership because I have felt self concious. This gym though is different, you leave your ego at the door and just get on with it. Everyone is friendly and will talk to you. Plus Andy (the trainer) takes his time with everyone to offer encouragement and to explain the routine again if needed.
