M.There are alot of good gyms around the UK with alot of equipment. However i have yet to experience a gym where every machine i used hits what its meant to hit and well.
This is a great training facility with more than you can wish for. It is suited for all types of trainers from all backgrounds. Credit to the owner who makes everyone feel welcome. He is a top bloke and I will see you next time hopefully.
T. b.Best gym in the UK. Unique machines which you'll never get in any commercial gym. Members are very friendly, as well as staff who will all go out their way to help you. Brilliant atmosphere, and no egos. No wonder why people travel from all of England to train here.

p. b.Amazing gym! Always clean, dumbbells and plates not on the floor. Friendly staff and fellow members. Has multiple machines for every muscle group, especially good if you’re into bodybuilding/powerlifting.
