R. t.I’ve known Brian for over 4 years, initially using TOD for myself. My daughter joined his kickboxing classes 3 years ago. Having experienced various clubs with my daughter prior to joining, I can say Brian is by far the best. His enthusiasm and knowledge is second to none. You can see the kids are having a blast in the classes. The gym also has all the equipment you need for an excellent work out if this is what you are looking for. Be it for yourself or your children I cannot recommend Brian and TOD highly enough.

S. G.I have been training with Brian now for 16 months and cannot recommend him enough! This is a fabulous gym with great and varied equipment and a real community feel about it. Since training with Brian I have lost 2 1/2 stone and maintained a 6 1/2 stone weight loss. The help and support has been fantastic and whether you're a beginner in fitness or looking to increase your fitness levels I think this is the perfect place to do it! Brian in a fantastic and knowledgable trainer and I have learned so much since I started training with him, including both gym and at home training techniques during the pandemic! I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.
