Without doubt the best fitness concept in the nearby area (and probably London!). The team are incredibly friendly, motivating, encouraging and just all-round brilliant people. From the moment I arrived for my first session Henry and Ollie made me feel welcome. Any worries of thinking I'd look a bit stupid not knowing what I was doing vanished within a minute. I would find myself making excuses not to go to the gym whereas hitting 9 Rounds has become the highlight of my day and I'm seeing the results already after 3 weeks. Camille and the team have done a great job at creating a space where everyone can enjoy working out. I couldn't recommend more!

The dynamics of the gym is very interesting and the 30 minutes of training are very useful. Ollie was very attentive in my first training and I received all the necessary guidance. Highly recommend this place.

Great workouts that really push your limits. Perfect for people with busy schedules. Monthly membership is really fair considering that you are able to pop in every day of the week at any time, and you will always find a coach following you step by step. Definitely recommend!
