My first time here and I liked it. I love the fact that the bathrooms are kept clean. Some other places even restaurants have very low cleaning standards when it comes to the toilet and such. I am happy that this place is an exception! Also they have that ab crunch machine that I really like . So , I am probably gonna come back to this brunch again.

Took part in six weeks challenge and it's the best decision I have made for the whole year, I reach my target, weight of 75kg i was weighing 82.2kg, my body fat was 41 and at end of the challengeI was down to 36. My stomach went down massively
The coach were great motivator, especially Aj Very helpful and answers your questions at anytime. the classes are fantastic, lots of equipment. Very clean, friendly and conducive environment, members are friendly too. I will be signing up for membership to keep my weight and stay healthy.

I've done the 6 week challenge and can tell that this is a very nice and friendly gym. Don't have a lot of experience in gyms but this one was a great choice! Members of staff are helpful, available online and ready to give you advice anytime. I never enjoyed running on treadmills or exercising in general until I started coming to this gym. Finally, understand the love of working out.
Classes are physically demanding which increases brain power, self-confidence and belief in yourself. Cheers!

The gym is very modern with great equipment. The facilities include a variety of weight machines (all of which are new and in good condition), 24/7 entry, numerous showers and bathrooms, water points and a seperate studio with a drop down screen for automated programmes for those who can't make the exercise classes. All of which is kept very clean. I've never seen the gym overly busy, which is good.
The staff are friendly, accommodating and knowledgable. Great for beginners or seasoned veterans! A good place to work out.

I have enjoyed today's workout with Carlo. I ended up having the class by myself which was a plus for me personally.
The stations were adequate and the social distancing was perfect for everyone.

Fantastic gym with an incredible team who will support you on your fitness journey.
I smashed my target on the six weeks challenge hosted by the team.
Thanks to fitness classes, personal workouts, nutrition coaching and accountability, I managed to lose in excess of 12kg in 6 weeks.
This is just the beginning of my fitness journey and I am very grateful to the team who assisted me along the way.
If like me, you have always been a regular gym goer and have not seen tangible results, sign up to the challenge and let the results speak for itself!

I am on the 6 weeks challenge and the results are great so far. I can enjoy the classes. The PT team is great and I really feel that I can count on them. I have find my diet plan simple and easy to fallow. I will definitely continue my favourite classes after the challenge because I love the results and the atmosphere. I began at this gym on the 6 week challenge. By far the best thing I've ever decided to do as regards my heath/fitness.
I've been to a number of different gyms over the years, but this is the first I've been to where I've felt totally comfortable straight away.
The classes are brilliant- hard but all the better for it.
Every member of staff makes you feel welcome, and very quickly I found myself on first name terms with everyone here.
I didn't really need to lose weight, but I really wanted to get myself back into a routine.
Not only did my BMI fall off me, but I'm now completely enthusiastic about being back in the gym.
If you're big, small, fit or in need of building up your strength, this is the place for you.

My happy place. Trainers are welcoming and supportive, know your name and seem to genuinely be happy to see you. Lots of classes, rarely fully booked. And I joined the 6 weeks challenge and lost 6.1% of body fat! Unbeatable!!

Staff are all super friendly and helpful. I wasnt a regular gym goer before joining but have felt totally relaxed and really enjoying working out here. Machines are all new and good quality. Nice free weights section. Not a huge changing facility though.

The trainers are really professional and are very good teachers. They are very calm and do not have a problem repeating something 10 times if necessary. I along with many others have seen wonderful changes in body and have lost lots of fat.

The best gym in this area - friendly, helpful staff, a great team you can count on. The classes are also great, they have classes in the evenings and during the weekend too, which is really good. The equipment are all brand new, high quality. Never crowded.

I signed up and completed the 6 week challenge at Anytime Fitness Leyton. In total I lost 27.3lbs and 7.3% body fat. I feel the best I have done in a very long time.
This plan was different to anything I've ever tried before. The meal plans were easy to follow. The classes excellent and the PT's are extremely motivational at every point of the challenge.
I really cannot speak highly enough of the team and the way the challenge is set out. This is the best thing I've ever done for myself.

Love this gym its starting to feel like my second home now. The atmosphere is great and the PT's are friendly and helpful.
I started the six week challenge on 14 jan. The aim of the challenge was to lose 11kgs. At the start of the challenge i weighed 137.5kgs. I completed the challenge on 24 feb and i now weigh 123.4kgs. I was able to lose 14.1kgs and lower my body fat percentage by 5% in the six weeks.
I attended 3-4 classes a week, (boxing and circuit training). The classes were brilliant really enjoyed them. The PTs really helped me push myself more. The classes were brilliant because you meet new people who are at different levels and you help each other grow. I enjoyed the boxing classes as it helped with my technique as well as being good cardio.
One thing i noticed at this gym incomparison to other gyms ive used in the past is that there is a good focus on stretching before and after the workout. As basic as this may seem it really does help with recovery and prevention of injuries.
I was given a personal diet plan which was very easy to follow. Before the challenge started we were given a grocery list of foods we can eat and a recipe book. So it gave me the time to prep for the challenge.
The diet was a bit tough during the first week as my body was getting use to not having chocolates or fizzy drinks. After the first week my body adjusted to the diet and i was flying. I lost about 3kgs in the first week, which helped me to stick to the diet. After following the diet throughout the challenge i now have a much better understanding of what types of food i can eat and when i can eat them.

I enrolled into 6 weeks challenge in Anytime Fitness in Leyton as I wanted to reduce my body fat and tone up for my upcoming trip to Nice. I really enjoyed it as it focussed on both diet and exercise. Before my fitness journey started, I was measured and as I have a healthy BMI, a target to loose 6% of my body fat was set as I didn’t really need to loose weight. Once, that was completed - my accountability coach -AJ walked me through my diet plan and provided me with a shopping list for the products I could buy and have during the next 6 weeks. Next, we agreed that I will need to workout at least 3 times a week which wasn’t particularly difficult as I am quite active anyways. As I really wanted to achieve my results, throughout the challenge I worked out an average of 6 times a week, sometimes 2 times a day. I twisted my ankle during the third week of my challenge and I was quite concerned that I will not be able to reach my goal. My accountability coach who is also a personal trainer arranged a session with me where he showed me some exercises I could do whilst my ankle was recovering. His dedication was great and he always kept me motivated to do more and stick to the plan. He has also created a WhatsApp group where all other participants were able to share their queries, progress updates and success stories. I really liked working out with my group and we all motivated each other to achieve our objectives.
I managed to stick to my exercise plan and at moments it was hard, my body ached and it was extremely hard to follow my diet when I had various cravings and dreamt of tiramisu 😉The results: we had a weekly weigh-ins to keep a track of our progress and I couldn’t believe but I lost 10.1% of my body fat and 6kg! I am thrilled with the results and I would recommend the challenge to everyone who wishes to tone up or loose some weight. The coaches were great, my group of other ‘challengers’ was like a group of friends and most importantly the diet and exercise programme worked!

Well, what can I say.
I've just completed the 6 week challenge at Anytime Fitness in Leyton. I must say it was alot of hard work.
The discipline and effort was the hardest part but without the constant help, motivation and encouragement from AJ, Carlos and the team I would never have achieved my goal.
I'm proud to say...I nailed it ;-)
I feel alot better within myself and I aim to keep up the healthy lifestyle I committed myself to for the past 6 weeks.

I highly recomand this challenge on this gym,becouse you will really get what you want to achieve if you stick to them....with the meal plan and the training provided.
The best trainers for shure you can find which can help you get anywhere you wanna get.In my first week I was injured(my fault),even though they helped me get over it.I managed to achieve 7.1 % insted of 6 % and I have lost 7.3 kg.Thanks to the best trainers AJ / KAFI / VINCENT / GERSON / AYESHA AND JANIS AND ALL THE OTHER ones which helped me with any kind of issue.
