Such a great community to be part of! Sally keeps the exercises fresh and challenging so no two weeks are ever the same. Everyone who attends is friendly and welcoming, it's great to see such a mix of abilities! If you're a bit apprehensive to start, don't be! You'll feel more than welcome and with Sally's expert guidance will see your fitness come on leaps and bounds.

I joined Blackheath Bootcamp after seeing a class in progress on the Heath last summer. I love exercising outside and the classes are varied and suitable for all abilities. Love the classes, so motivating & not at all daunting for beginners. You really feel like youve had a serious workout afterwards though! Great location too, and the shred programme is one of the most organised weight loss group programmes I've done. Really keeps you on track & Sally explains everything so well & is so generous with help & advice. Would definitely recommend Blackheath Bootcamp.

Love the bootcamp!! I joined the Shred programme and hands down the best weight loss programme I have done, the learnings, the community, the bootcamp and enjoyment is brilliant. It's better then any gym class and Sally and the other instructers are sooo supportive, fun and energetic!

Love Blackheath Bootcamp! I started around 6 weeks ago and it’s made a huge impact on my life and wellbeing. The classes are fun and challenging but with plenty of options based on you capability that day. A fantastic place to improve your fitness, understand and get amazing nutritional advice (through the Shred programme) and also to meet people in a really nice, welcoming environment. A breath of fresh air after the pandemic (quite literally - you cannot beat working out on the Heath early morning or as the sun starts going down). Thank you amazing Sally and your amazing team!!

I joined Blackheath Bootcamp last summer, and it’s been a great experience. The classes are varied, challenging regardless of your fitness level. Sally was welcoming, friendly and supportive from day one. There is a great camaraderie which makes the 1 hour session go super fast. All the instructors know what they doing and deliver it well. Would highly recommend it.

I joined Blackheath Bootcamp last year, and loved the classes. They were all different and varied, never boring! I found I started seeing an improvement in my fitness after about three weeks, and the community spirit was infectious. Everyone is incredibly friendly, supportive and inspiring. Sally and all the instructors are great, and the classes cater for all levels of fitness. Definitely highly recommend this amazing bootcamp!

I’m two weeks in to bootcamp and have done 5 classes. So far, it’s been a brilliant experience - you really can’t beat working outdoors with a set of friendly instructors and a nice bunch of people. The hour passes really fast (which I take as a sign of having fun) and you don’t realise how hard you worked out…until the next day!
I’m doing the ‘shred’ a nutritional accountability programme which includes 2 weekly bootcamp classes. Sally is a fab mentor and if you are serious about trimming down, the support from her and the other shred members is invaluable (great all in price for the programme too).

I recently joined the Spring Shred run by Sally through Blackheath Bootcamp. It's such a great programme, the whole community is so friendly and Sally is so enthusiastic, motivating and supportive as well as knowing all there is to know about fitness and nutrition.
