I've been going to Burn It Fitness outdoor classes for almost 2 years now and I cant imagine not going!
The trainers are so welcoming, expert and immensely helpful.
The classes vary each time and there is never anything that gets in the way - snow, wind, rain and sun! Mud, sand and horseflies! We train in it all and it is so much fun!
The other members are also welcoming, friendly and supportive and I have made some great friends.
I have also done 3 28 day intensity boot camps - so much fun, hard work, but ultimately very satisfying and they change you!
If you want a new fitness regime and you enjoy being outdoors then these outdoors classes are the best!

I cannot speak highly enough of Burn It Fitness and the team there. I joined as a complete novice to gyms and with no general fitness to speak of. They made me so welcome from day one and really invest in your personal experience.
I started out doing the 28 Intensity Bootcamp in January and while it was cold, it was excellent and really gave my fitness a much needed boost. It didn't matter how much you could do (or not!) but all the sessions were about improving your own levels.
I've now carried on with the indoor Group Personal Training sessions and almost 6 months in I'm a total convert! I now look forward to training and have muscle definition in my arms for the first time in my adult life :D
If you are considering joining my advice is go for it. You won't find a more welcoming, lovely group of people to work out with.

Burn It Fitness are ace! Their Bootcamps are super well organised and well thought through and everyone who puts in the effort achieves incredible results. Their group PT and general outdoor classes are also great- the trainers really take the time to listen to what you enjoy/ don't enjoy and they push you to achieve results but in a very supportive way. This is also a great way to make friends and meet new people who like fitness but also want to have fun. As someone who never liked exercise, Burn It have helped me love it, which was no easy task.

Joined Burn it fitness when me and my husband returned to London after a long stint overseas. As Burn it was on our doorstop we decided to join and absolutely loved it. Staff are professional, there is a real sense of family and burn it community. Training was excellent, and my favourite was Chanel.
Had to stop for health reasons but am planning to re-join soon.
A great place to get really fit, irrespective of your level, meet some lovely people and make friends.
Definitely worth joining.

Been doing PT with Burn It Fitness for over a year, they create an extremely friendly, yet motivating environment. Focused on getting you to your goals at the right pace for you.
It is always challenging and hard work, but I would highly recommend Burn It Fitness Personal Training to anyone interested in undertaking the challenge.

As a guy who pushes limits in competitive events, expeditions and travelling I'm able to selectively choose which class type suits my requirements i.e. running, power, cardio, etc. Class times are also very good fit with my busy schedule. With all the trainers having expertise beyond mine they are an excellent source to quickly get where you need. In my experience of other fitness companies, pricing is slightly on the higher side but results are quick and tangible utilising all benefits membership has to offer. Beyond membership there's good optional extras including focused training, which I've seen other members benefit from, getting even quicker results than classes. Fitness for me is about training, recovery and nutrition. Burn It does it all very well in a friendly and sociable environment.

Highly recommend BurnIt. They moved me from loathing formal fitness to looking forward to a 6am class come sunshine or hail; from being able to walk anywhere but not run around the block to regular 10kms plus the odd half marathon. The outdoor classes are fantastic, varied and with a really good team spirit (tough, competitive but fun). Recently I've added the small group PT sessions indoors and can really feel the difference.

The team at burn it fitness are fantastic. It was so easy to join unlike larger gyms and it is a very personal experience.
Having a 2 month old baby working out is usually furthest from you let mind. However, Vibha was great in booking in a trial session and lock in future bookings for me. I tried it for a month and now I'm hooked!
Sara, Louise and their team genuinely care about supporting you and helping you to getting fit and feel great. The trainers are friendly and supportive; pushing you to try harder.
It is so reassuring to have my baby girl right there with me rather than in a crèche. She loves the music and bouncers. She gets plenty of snuggles from the trainers when needed.
It's a great mums class with like minded people and can't recommend it highly enough.

I had my first exercise class in a very long time last Saturday and loved every moment of it. I did the Boxing Blast class and have to say the positive and genuine encouragement from the trainer made the class good fun and fly by as well as being a fantastic workout. Really recommended.

I joined Burn It classes for mums when my baby was about 10 weeks old and I never looked back! The combination of very friendly and experienced trainers, the fact that I can bring my baby with me and a great bunch of other mums attending classes makes me actually look forward to each class!

I joined Burn It Fitness 18 months ago to try and improve by general levels of cardio fitness, to try and loose a growing tyre around my waist and to generally improve the flexibility of my 65 year old frame. In that time with 2 sessions of group PT a week at the studio. supplemented by some regular walking and eating a corrected diet, I have dropped 3 inches from my waist, lost the tyre, toned up to where I wanted to be and dropped had a stone in weight again to where I wanted to be. It takes time and effort but also encouragement and I have found working with the Group PT guys to be exactly what I needed. Would thoroughly recommend.

I have been going to outdoor group training with burnit for many years. They offer many different styles of training and there is something on offer for everyone. They are friendly and professional in their approach and classes are always different, dynamic and fun! Would highly recommend giving it a go!

A fantastic gym run by great people with excellent and committed trainers who just want to ensure you achieve your full potential in a healthy way. I wil encourage anyone thinking of embarking on a healthy lifestyle (come on..the New Year is round the corner ) to join Burn It Fitness, even if only to try it out. I promise you it will be love at first squat. Most 'convential' gyms no longer monitor your posture and position when working out which we all know could lead to niggling pains or possible injuries in future or write up a personalised plan....well not here, they are committed to getting it right with you so that you can benefit fully from any of the workouts and/or programmes you sign up to.There are all types of programmes to suit your budget ..right from the bootcamp, to the fun outdoor classes or the personalised indoor group personal training sessions which is updated on a regular basis to keep them challenging and achieve your goals.
