I really enjoy Zahra's classes, there is a great timetable with a choice of different daytime and evening sessions. It's a friendly and welcoming group of ladies and the classes have helped me keep fit over the past few years. During lockdown it's been great to keep fit with Zahra and Rachel's classes via Zoom. I highly recommend Ealing Fit Club.

Great range of classes! Zahra and Rachel tailor the workout/exercises if you have specific issues and give you relevant feedback and encouragement all the time. ALL classes are hard work but great fun and they have created a fantastic fitness community. Zahra has been an instrumental part of my and my son's fitness journey over the past few years...thank you Zahra! Can't recommend highly enough

I joined Zahra's classes after the birth of my son as it was a fitness class I could take him with me. Zahra's classes are excellent and she is very friendly. She is very knowledgable in post natal fitness and is able to tailor the exercises to meet individual needs. Since lockdown classes are via zoom, which work well. I highly recommend.

I love Zahra’ s classes. I joined Ealing fit club because it was the only place I could exercise & stay fit having my little girl with me. I continued going even after my daughter went to school! Now during the lockdown her classes work just as well on zoom. I have joined the monthly membership where I have unlimited access to whatever classes I want to do every week. It’s great.

I love these classes run by Zahra & Rachel which I started towards the end of 2019. I enjoy the half hour HIIT sessions, where they provide continuous encouragrment and feedback. They have been introducing new classes as well which keeps it even more interesting. With the lockdown, these classes have been particularly great to keep active.

Zahra is brilliant!! I never thought I would enjoy classes but this is a lovely welcoming group of people, highly recommended to anyone who wants to get a bit fitter while having fun too!!
