I enjoyed every moment of the 28-day challenge with ELL. All three coaches are friendly, professional, helpful and, most importantly, they really do care about each member. I would definitely recommend ELL to anyone looking for a holistic tailor-made health and fitness programme and fun exercise sessions that leave you feeling fabulous and energized every single time.

Joining Eat Lift Lose was one of the best decisions I have made for a long time. The sessions are friendly and yield fantastic results. The team help push you but in a way that feels comfortable and because the sessions are relatively intimate with only 3 to 4 in each class you get fantastic guidance on technique ensuring you avoid injury and get better results. I throughly recommend.

I signed up on a whim to Eat Lift Lose’s 28 day challenge. I lost over 3kg in the first month, felt stronger and way more energetic. So I signed up as a full member and have continued to get fitter and healthier and lose more weight over the last few months. The 3 coaches Bradley, Chris and Steph are excellent. All are great, supportive and knowledgable trainers and very personable and friendly. There are a massive 42 classes in a week and you just book into which 2-3 you can attend on the app. The classes are fun and always a bit different, and the whole set-up works really well. Communication and customer service are excellent. I am really glad I joined in August of this year and so happy to have found a form of exercise which a) works really effectively and b) is flexible to fit round work and family. Highly recommend if you are near Wanstead/ Snaresbrook/ E11.

Signing up the 28 day gym challenge was the best idea I’ve had in ages….
Having struggled to motivate myself to do any form of exercise over the last few years and trying countless faddy diets; I can honestly say that this has worked for me.
I’ve lost just over 10lbs and I feel a lot better in myself. Where there’s a maximum of 4 people in each session you don’t feel lost, the PTs (who are fab btw) adapt exercises to your needs and go through the correct way to do them.
Every session if different so you don’t get bored.
I enjoy going, and will keep on going (I didn’t think I’d say that a month ago) and will sign up for a normal membership

I never thought I'd say this, but I like going to the gym! Only because it's at the Eat Lift Lose Gym. The fantastic personal trainers, Brad & Chris make you feel welcome, comfortable & are non-judgemental on your size, or fitness level. The other members are a great bunch too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone looking to improve or maintain their fitness to join & especially if you're intimidated by regular gyms or PTs.

Chris and Brad are a great team. Genuine and supportive. Small groups which I much prefer. Weekly coaching and nutrition advice is invaluable and I really enjoy the sessions. Eat Lift Lose has really helped me get back into fitness after lockdown, I was really scared about attending their bootcamp and thought I would be rubbish at it. But from the minute I arrived I felt at ease, I never felt like I had to do anything that was out of my reach and could take it out my pace but with still being pushed. They have built an inviting community within their classes and your bound to leave with a smile on your face :)

Before joining ELL, I was in an exercise rut and gym classes seemed too difficult and intimidating to me! Chris and Brad were really welcoming and genuinely interested in my goals and ability. I've now been a member for nearly a year and I'm definitely fitter and stronger. The classes are varied and fun whilst remaining challenging and it really does feel like a group PT session - technique is a real priority which is something I haven't experienced at other group classes.
ELL have a really refreshing attitude to nutrition and fitness- they actively support a balanced diet, fitness regime and a healthy lifestyle which is without extremes and is achievable for anyone.
During lockdown, ELL were amazingly quick at adapting classes to an online format (no matter what space or equipment you had available) without compromising on the quality of workouts. It helped to keep me in a routine and offered an hour of focus in an otherwise strange time.
All in all, ELL has given me the confidence to build on my fitness and create a consistent exercise routine. I've now even taken up running- something which would have seemed impossible to me a year ago!

Before I joined ELL, I had a long break from any kind of training or exercise, and I was never in to any of the group training classes that my gym used to put on.
Now, I actually look forward to bootcamp sessions in the week and the PT sessions! Brad and Chris are very supportive and push you to do the best you can, even if that means you leave a bit sweaty 😂
I definitely feel like I’m fitter than I have been in years, and the credit goes to these two! I find the sessions fun, which I never thought I’d say about exercise

I also have 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions with Brad. I find his invaluable advice keeps me on track and his positive attitude motivating. Regular check-ins also help monitor progress. Highly recommend this team!

Chris and Brad run a fantastic bootcamp, helping people of all abilities to improve their fitness and health, whatever your individual goals are.
Since lockdown they have added additional online sessions to help us through, with gyms and community centres closed.
With the recent gov changes we are now in small groups in the park, they diligently ensure that we are all segregated and safe.
It's been great to get back to face-to-face sessions. I can't recommend them enough.

I've recently joined their bootcamp sessions - I can't recommend this enough. Chris and Brad are so patient, helpful, and welcoming. They manage to both work you hard, but also a very fun and friendly atmosphere. The sessions are always different, and because of how they're broken down the exercises are suitable for all different fitness levels. They'll help you with your form if you're not quite getting it, and always encourage you to push yourself. I was very nervous to 'get fit' again, but I can honestly say I very much enjoy these classes, and get a good workout in the process. Thanks so much guys, and keep doing what you're doing!!

I’ve been training with Chris from Eat Lift Lose for just over a year, in that year I’ve not only dropped 2 dress sizes but I am stronger and fitter than before I had both my children!
Chris and Brad are motivated, fun and professional and nothing is too much trouble!
During the current Covid situation I was worried that my fitness would drop but both Chris and Brad have been incredible not only offering all my usual PT sessions via zoom, but also extra FREE stretch sessions and mini work outs. They have been so accommodating and have made it easy to continue to train around being at home with the kids. They find innovative ways of working out without all the machines and weights in the gym so there’s no excuses! They even sent out a FREE recipe book to help with things on the nutrition side, as I think everyone ate a few too many treats to get through the beginning of lockdown.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to tone up, get fitter and eat better. 5 stars *****

I joined the Eat Life Lose bootcamp just over a month ago after deciding my new lock down body wasn't working for me. After a couple of weeks I really felt a difference and a month in I'm feeling stronger, leaner and am sleeping better. I like that the sessions are fun and varied and there is a big focus on mobility and technique to build strength. They've even nailed the Zoom sessions so you feel like you're getting personal attention. As a member you have access to loads of useful materials and videos on technique and nutrition, and they regularly send honest and down to earth pep-talk emails to keep you motivated. All round very happy!

Been training at Eat Lift Lose since November, with trainers Chris and Bradley, and it's been great. I can see and feel a big difference in my fitness since training at Eat Lift Lose. The training sessions vary and are very enjoyable.

Throughout this hellish lockdown 🥴, Chris and Brad have provided light relief with extra sessions to suit all their clients’ needs. Thinking of their clients’ mental health too with coffee mornings, pub quizzes and mobility stretch sessions.

I decided to try this bootcamp as it is local and I was getting bored of going to gym . This bootcamp has been great fun way of doing exercise as every time the workouts has been different which is great as you don’t get bored .
And a fantastic team Chris and Brad made me feel welcome straight away and they are always there to make sure each exercise is done the correct way . Also it’s been great to meet some lovely people locally .

I've been training with Brad for two months and he is the most client-orientated guy I've met! Plus he's nice - never yells, patiently demonstrates exercises etc - and very knowledgeable: the programme he's put together for me really improved my mobility.
