My son (10 years old) has been attending this club for 4 years (my cousin's sons attend nearly 6 years) - the coach is fantastic and the whole team is dedicated to what they do. During lock down, children had sessions online. We joined our son, too! This was a very tough session for adults but kids did it easily!:)) My son has autism - Sifu (coach) is very patient and supports him. I like that children learn discipline and stay healthy. 100% recommend this kickbox club!

My boys have been attending this class (twice a week) for the last 5yrs, they really enjoy the lessons. They have developed a sufficient amount of confidence, self discipline and gained amazing self defence techniques. I would highly recommend parents to send their children to attend ESKF on church road.

It is one of the best clubs I have come across in Newham. My son absolutely loves attending 💙. I would highly recommend the club 😊. Excellent place to be. The staff are great friendly. when there's fun theres fun when it comes to serious mode it's serious. Uniform and gloves provided with small cost and the sessions price is very good. love sending my kid there.
