The team at the F45 Islington are incredible! They kept us positive and in shape through the whole of lockdown all while adapting to being an online studio. Since re-opening they have been extremely professional about how they conduct sessions, sanitise, look out for their members safety and most importantly, they have kept their friendly community where everyone is welcome.. Ben, Sarah, Rosanna, Jenny, Frankie, Sam, thank you for all your hard work and motivation :)

When you think of what you want in a gym, F45 Islington has it all: (1) the people (amazing trainers and staff across the board coupled with great members = great times); (2) killer workouts (all levels of fitness are accommodated); (3) variety in training; and (4) sense of community. I started with a trial membership in February 2019 and was unsure before my first class, but have not looked back and quickly signed up for a long-term membership and have never had more fun going to the gym. I would highly recommend giving it a trial and odds are you will become part of the team while being healthier for it. On a separate note, what the ISL crew did during lockdown was phenomenal to help us all still maintain a great workout and connectivity, but I am so happy they are back open now and love the approach to ensure social distancing and safety. Great job team!

Tried a one week trial at f45 and haven't looked back. F45 Islington is a great place to train! It's got a cool vibe and excellent trainers! Classes are small and the club has appropriate measures in place to ensure the safety of its members. The trainers do a great job at working around the group to give you that personal training feel. Recommend anyone to try the one week trial to see for yourself!

I have been training at F45 Islington for almost 2 years now and I love it ! I got the F45 fever after the week trial. Ben and Sarah have built an amazing community, I’m always looking forward to train (sometimes more than once a day!) over there because: - the trainers will push my limits and I will never leave a class without feeling pumped with adrenaline and good vibes. - I’m doing it while having fun with the F45 family They even kept us fit and sane throughout all of lockdown and I feel completely safe going back to the studio with the safety measures in place. Would definitely recommend at least doing the week trial !

I've been a member here for 2 years now and it's the people, just as much as the workouts that keep me coming back. The 8 week challenges are amazing, but the support and encouragement from the trainers fosters such a uniquely friendly environment, which makes the whole experience so much less intimidating than a lot of gyms and studios. I've had friends go to other F45s in London, and apparently they can be cliquey and quite intense, however this could not be further from reality at the Islington branch :)

Amazing trainers who greet you with a smile at 5:45am on a winters morning and keep you going strong right untill the final second of that class! Unlimited classes can keep you busy all week long! The equipment is top notch and facilities always clean. You'll meet some great people and maybe make a friend or two! When your lucky, there's even a friendly pooch waiting for scratch!

So happy to be back in the studio after lockdown, with Ben and his excellent crew of trainers leading the workouts that push you like no other! Big shout out to Sarah and the team running the show behind the scenes as well. The guys have done a great job making the studio as safe as possible, from providing hand san for use on entry and exit, cleaning the entire studio in between classes, and giving everyone their own space to work / suffer in throughout each session. Still the best gym in London!

The staff are very friendly and everyone there feels at home. It's also the only time in my life that I have looked forward to going to the gym! Love this gym. I've been a member for almost 5 months and have really enjoyed the F45 programme & lifestyle. The owners, Ben & Sarah, and all the trainers are 1st class. It's a very friendly and welcoming group of trainers & f45ers and it very nice to share the fitness journey with our f45 family (we have a fb group where we share tips, progress etc). I've also have had excellent results, and during the recent 8 week challenge i lost 7kg of body fat and put on 1kg of muscle. If you are thinking about getting fit, do it and come join us!

I've used this gym a few times now and it never disappoints! I was always sceptical of group sessions in the gym, but this blows any concerns out the park and is now my preferred method of training. The gym itself is spotless with great facilities. The trainers and members become one team, spurring each other on. You really do feel blasted after a session here. Any person of any size, ability or gender will feel and see huge benefits from this gym in record time.

Never, for the life of me, did I ever think I would sign up to a circuit based training workout. But that all changed following a two week trial at Islington F45, and after meeting the brilliant team, led by the cracking duo of Ben and Sarah. I'm now in fact hooked, loving the variety each different session brings, and although it's a challenge, it's never not fun, and as a personal fan of the morning classes, it leaves you feeling great for the rest of the day! Whether you're a fitness fanatic simply looking for some innovative training methods, or someone like myself who had no idea where to start when it came to fitness and in need of some serious motivation, then you should give F45 a go. The team in Islington are knowledgeable, incredibly welcoming and always happy to help you when your technique is pants! Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.

This is by a long way the most efficient way of working out I've experienced. Ben and Sarah have put together and amazing team, both them and the instructors are fantastic, know everybody by name and strike the perfect balance of encouraging you to push yourself without sacrificing form. I took a bit of convincing to try it out and a month in even though I've been a lifelong runner, I've switched almost completely to this and now averaging 5-6 sessions per week and feeling better than I have in years, can't recommend it enough!

Coming from F45 Australia, I had high expectations when I saw it was hitting the UK & they sure as hell lived up to it. F45 Islington is incredible! It's super spacious, neat & clean setup. The changing rooms & showers are impeccable for ladies, enough mirror space with dryers & straighteners available to use. The owner Ben is amazing; he goes above & beyond to ensure everyone is receiving the best F45 experience they can, with help from his fabulous team of trainers of course. They’re attentive and thorough, ensuring you’re all training correctly & to the best of your ability. Absolutely brilliant! In one week, I went from not being able to push an empty trailer (sorry don’t know the official name) to being able to push it with a 20kg weight! I feel so much stronger. The trainers really do look over you, watching over the weights, your posture, who your companion is, your health, and your mentality. I was a bit scared that I’d be amongst big macho guys who would watch me picking up the tiniest weight but everyone is so welcoming, and focusing on themselves and the atmosphere is so light and cheery. I definitely recommend going to this place it has totally changed my perspective of fitness and I’m enjoying it sooooo much more now I look forward to it everyday!

Starting my F45 8 week challenge, was incredibly daunting. So daunting, I was doing laps outside the studio because I was that nervous. Ridiculous right? Yup. Much to my dismay, Ben caught me in the act and pulled me up on it. Literally face in palm moment. I’ve always done individual sports like tennis and marathons. Group training has never been my thing, until now. The best thing I did was to sign up for the 8 week challenge. I started 3 weeks behind but I’m glad it was better late than never. It’s changed my outlook on fitness and health, I’m truly a convert. From getting up at 8.30am to make it to work, I’m now up at 5:30am pumped for the session and ready with my meal prep for the day. The sessions are amazing..a work/dance out. It’s worrying how much fun can be had in 45 minutes and whilst in so much pain. Ben and Sarah are fantastic and have done a top notch job on the studio. Their support and guidance has been invaluable and unparalleled throughout. I don’t think my experience would have been what it has without this killer duo! They’ve perfected the F45 experience down to a t, from admin issues to helping you with technique on the stations. They’ve smashed it. The same goes for all the trainers, they’re incredible and accommodate the stations if you have injuries. Their energy, makes the sessions an absolute dream! When people say it’s life changing, believe me, it is. I’ve met some incredible people who ordinarily I wouldn’t have crossed paths with due to work constraints and it’s a struggle not to do daily double sessions now! I find the idea of going back to a normal gym daunting as I wouldn’t know what to do anymore! The challenge food is delish and having the meal guide takes the sting out of planning what to eat. Overall I lost 4% body fat and gained 2kg of muscle whilst maintaining my overall weight throughout the 8 weeks. It doesn’t seem like much when you look at the figures alone and yes I was a little disheartened. Naturally I’m quite small at 5ft and Ben managed my expectations right from the start and I’m glad he did. Although the figures aren’t massive, I’ve gained in so many other ways..new friends, new found energy and confidence, a love for group exercising and a fitfam community that I genuinely can call my happy place. I’ve won in more ways than just the numbers and scales. My advice for those who are considering the challenge, quite simply, just do it! Throw yourself in, you have nothing to lose but everything to gain!

Having been introduced to F45 a few months ago I was delighted to see one opening in my borough! The quality of the space available is absolutely top notch - a very spacious work out area to work up the sweat and then a bathroom space that doesn't make your toes curl (always important for us ladies, right?!)
