I have now been going for a month and I feel so much better physically and mentally. The workouts are great but above all the team is amazing ! So full of positive energy and pushes me to achieve more than I think I can. I would definetely recommend if you're in need of getting fitter while working with an amazing community. We recently moved from Houston and this gym has been crucial for acclimating. My wife and I have lost quite a few pounds. We tried the challenge and really enjoyed the food. The Tower Bridge team are the most friendly I've come across (Adam, Ant and Mike are really lovely people); they always welcome you with a huge smile and are really helpful in correcting form/adapting exercises to make sure you don't injure yourself.
The studio is excellent - tonnes of natural light, great equipment, and very clean. The facilities are well thought out; air-con and decent lockers in the changing rooms, extra showers with hair products just next door to the main studio, lots of fresh towels, plenty of hairdryers (Blowdry Alley!!) and a huge menu of post-workout smoothies.
For the quality of classes and the studio, I think membership comes at a really fair price. Plus, if you're a first-timer you can often trial the studio for a couple of weeks at a reduced price to see if it's for you.

F45 tower bridge has awesome instructors, and it's always fun heading along. They actually get to know you, which helps on days when you're not really motivated - you know you're not just going to run on a treadmill or sit on a machine in silence.

The structure keeps the body guessing and gets super fast results. The team is extremely professional and friendly. The atmosphere in the studio is not intimidating at all, there’s always mixed abilities. The team support you in all aspects of fitness and wellbeing and there is a real community feel and vibe. I have tried one other F45 studio but the Tower Bridge one is far superior in facilities and quality of the team. Top marks. Give them a try. You will not regret it!

C. E.Well F45 certainly lives up to all the hype! Since turning 40 in Feb I’ve really wanted to start being more active and get into shape! I play squash and hockey socially but this has really turned it up a level! After only 2 weeks and about 8 sessions I’m feeling fitter and moving around the squash court a lot easier! The Team at Tower Bridge are friendly and very welcoming to everyone that walks through the door. Even at 6am!! The workouts are great and you can take them at your own pace/level (until you caught and pushed harder! - which is just what I need!). It’s such a community feel already and it has only been open a few weeks! 45 minutes is over before you know it! And my goodness you certainly know you have exercised! I’ve enjoyed it so much I’ve signed up to the 8 week challenge and am really looking forward to it! If you want to try something with a great friendly vibe - then get on down to F45 Tower Bridge! You won’t regret it!
C.Folks let me tell you, having been a member of other well known gyms F45 is totally on another level. I’ve actually terminated my other gym memberships and just do F45 classes now. In just 2 months I’ve notice more of an improvement physically than I did with personal trainers at the gym well over a period of a year . I would also like to mention that tower bridge f45 has A great fun team and not one bit intimidating in any way. I can’t recommend it enough !!!

L. G.Great team at this newly opened version of the Australian branded gym sensation you'll find in London. F45 is good for all abilities, the team will help you through the tough times and help you celebrate your accomplishments. Personally, I've found this revolutionary. I've been struggling with my fitness for a couple of years now after a few bad injuries that I'm still dealing with but their curated sessions are like my own personalised rehab sessions for my aging and crippled knees. Only a few weeks in and the difference has been amazing. The only motivation you need is to get there, there rest takes care of itself in just 45 mins with the hi-NRG music keeping you in rhythm the whole way.

Adam & Ant go above and beyond to make you feel part of the team, they know everyones name and always make you feel welcome. I have days where I feel weak or that I am frustrated with my body and the team come along give you a boost but also educate you on how best to improve, I cannot speak highly enough about them.

The culture at F45 TB is what makes it worth it.
