An amazing gym in a great location. Staff are absolutely excellent. Anastasia is a fantastic trainer who I love going to my morning classes with-- her and Shaun are always so attentive and encouraging and really push you. My fitness has improved so much since I've been working with both of them and always SO look forward to them ! The gym itself is small but facilities are fantastic. The space is modern and clean with a variety of great equiptment, changing rooms are lovely with fitted TV's, great showers and a great little sauna.

The trainers are amazing: Anastasia, Irma, Ruben, Shaun and Eni. The staff Ola and Isabella are also super friendly. The gym is clean. The trainers are friendly and they help you. I got helped with my panic attack inside the gym. They make you feel at home. Moreover, the trainers are very knowledgeable and help you as well. Sign up to the gym !

This gym has been my home for years now. It is amazing to be back after all these months. The staff is extremely welcoming, they haven't lost their touch. The gym feels safe, its cleanliness is maintained constantly throughout the day. Happy to be back and training again.

My home gym and I normally find it too busy to train at lunch time but since lock down ended this week the gym floors being much quieter and more space to train in the studio area. I know as the offices start back it will start filling up again but right now its perfect, no waiting for equipment, staff friendly and cleaning going on all the time Before they reopened I'd been training with my P.T in the park but especially on the hottest day of the year an air-conditioned gym is definitely worth 4 stars.

The gym is small and very busy at lunchtimes meaning that you will have to wait to use certain equipment and struggle to find exercise space. However the equipment is good and well maintained. There is a good array of classes on offer but no yoga or pilates disappointingly. Classes are run at good times in the morning, lunchtime and in the evening. There is no pool or steam room but there is a small sauna in the male and female changing rooms. The changing rooms are a good size, clean and equipped with mirrors and hairdryers. There are complimentary towels and both shower gel and conditioner in the showers. The gym is not open on weekends.

What makes this gym stand out are the staff - everyone is very warm and friendly taking the time to help you out if you need it. The equipment is on point given that the gym is relatively small. Yes the Gym is not massive but only expected for the cheap monthly fee for a Gym in the middle of Mayfair. Good service. Would recommend

Gym is in such a great location and all the staff there are wonderful. The classes run in the morning/lunch/evening by Dylan and Eniko are fantastic to attend, but also plenty of other equipment around the gym to use. Recently refurbished, clean changing rooms with plenty of lockers/showers and a sauna.

I was looking to try out gyms in Central London today so was ringing around . Here was the only one that actually called me back and the guy on the phone asked my name and approx time of arrival. This I should add is very important because the gym is located in the basement of a building with security barriers to permit entry. If the staff are expecting you, you can enter the main entrance else you will be redirected through the service yard round the back. Though members are given a swipe card to permit entry I had to wait a few minutes for the guy to come and pick me up but it was OK as the receptionist was quite pleasant. I kinda braced myself for the guy to start forcing a membership package down my throat non stop - I knew I was unlikely to take out one from the outset because I train martial arts most days of the week and never really have time for gym. The guy showed me around the gym - not the largest, though, a fair bit of equipment available. I was there between 6-9pm - though I don't think it was ever more than 25% full. He wished me a good visit and said he would be around to answer any questions. I can't stand dirty changing areas so was glad to see it was in good order and that there were staff checking it at intervals. The ceilings are not the highest but I am 6"3' and I had plenty of clearance. As I said before, entrance without membership is fiddly, thus at £45 a month I'm happy to sign up. Also, I'm probably happier to do so because they were not pushy with selling membership

Relatively cheap gym for its location. Gets quite busy during lunch times but okay for those who can work around using equipment in different ways. The gym is small, but sufficient for a quick gym workout. Due to the lack of machinery in the gym itself (such as no back machine) you will have to purely use free weights for certain body parts. The squat rack lacks a platform (although they have a platform area separately). And because no-one squats as its a t shirt gym, the leg press is placed right in-front of the squat rack hence you cant see yourself squat whatsoever. Overall there are quite a few faults, but given the price and location (as I go during work lunch) - you can work around the faults.

I joined this gym in August 2014 and absolutely love it. It has everything I need and it is close to work. It offers a great variety of classes and one doesn't need to sign up in advance. Just show up and enjoy! I normally go to lunch time classes which are run by Billy and Connor. The classes are always fun, yet challenging. Billy and Connor are great personal trainers, knowledgeable, professional and fun to work out with. Due to my work relocation to Surrey I am leaving the gym soon and I will miss you guys terribly. Thank you for making my lunch times fun! All the best for the future. Lana x

Small gym incorporated in a business centre. A fact to be aware is that only works Monday to Friday do the fact of the place. Very hard to enter if you never been there before and after you need to adquire a card to go through security. The gym is in the basement is usually packed around lunchtime and after 5pm also. Seems well arrange across the floor but doesn't even all the machines because of limited space. I only use this gym because its very close to work.

Really enjoy going to this gym. The staff are always so friendly, and welcome you with a smile every time you enter the doors , this really helps keep you motivated to workout. The staff including my PT Sunday are really professional , fun to hang out with but also know their stuff , they have allowed me to surpass my fitness goals and not only be in the best shape I've ever been but also integrate working out into my lifestyle. Can't recommend the team here enough for helping me achieve my goals and making working out an enjoyable process.

Have been a member for a few years and now we have organised corporate membership for our colleagues. Great friendly team always there to help. Every inch of this gym is put to use but you can usually get on the kit you want. Not fussy and great value especially for Mayfair totally recommend
