D. B.Fancy and clean gym, I did the abs class and was enjoyable. Not super hard or strenuous so probably not the best class for me. I would go back for the gym though as it looked quite nice. Reception was nice and they had the cutest dog around which was a lovely touch. They also sell activewear and have photos of Australia which is lovely. The instructor wasn't super friendly unfortunately and I felt a little awkward waiting for the session to start as he didn't speak to me as I was waiting.
A. G.Fantastic gym and great classes. Really enjoyed Yoga Core 45 with Chatty, who is fabulous. The class was challenging, but with options for everyone, so suited to all standards. Looking forward to my next class, highly recommend!
A. E.As a yoga novice, it was quite a daunting prospect trying out Flex, where the staff are all clearly experts. However, I shouldn't have worried. Everyone was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The studio itself is cool and inviting (can't wait for it to reopen!) and their online classes are fantastic. Highly recommend!
H. B.FLEX is a fantastic gym. The FLEX team are welcoming and friendly and there are lots of great classes to choose from. As a big fan of spin classes, I can say that the spin bikes on offer are some of the newest and best quality around. I 100% recommend FLEX.
C. O.Local fitness center with spin, weights and yoga classes. Excellent Yin Yoga and Meditation class. Clean studios, good change rooms, lots of showers and lockers. Hair straighteners in the change room, cold water dispenser. Lovely owner and friendly staff. Good prices for the area and right by a bus stop so it’s easy to get to in the rain!
M. W.I have ordered some yoga products from Flex Chelsea London out of Germany: everything was more than perfect: very pleasant and quick communication, they even took care of all the shipment to Germany in a very speedy way and products are all perfect!
