After moving to London, one of the first things I wanted to do was find a CrossFit gym. (Maybe like some of you reading this)🤔🇮🇪
I found Fortitude and have never looked back, bought my unlimited membership within an instant. Fortitude has become my second home, I have met most of my best friends here. The coaches are the BESTTTTT in the business. Having travelled to a few CrossFit boxes in different countries, I have never experienced programming like that of Fortitude. 🤌🏼
I have got my First Bar Muscle Up, Ring Muscle Up and an over body weight snatch and a lot more PBs here since I joined in the two years 🥰 Bear in mind this was over numerous lockdowns too (shows how good the coaching and programming is)
This gym is so much more than a gym, it’s a proper community and family and I would recommend to EVERYONE. 😍
Looking to get into CrossFit or your a seasoned crossfitter - you found your gym 💁🏼♀️

I’ve worked out out at 7-10 gyms over the past 10 years, and Fortitude Fitness is hands down the best.
If you’re looking for a welcoming fitness community, especially if you’re a beginner, you have to try it. Sounds dramatic, but it really did change my life for the better.

Exceptional box.
I've been coming here for about 36 months now and I am 100% a crossfit convert (I talk about it all the time etc).
At the basic level, the gym has all the equipment and plenty of it.
At a more intangible level, the coaches are epic and the programming is really good. Well thought out and then properly communicated to you so you understand what you're doing and why.
I come to the morning sessions and everyone is really friendly. I was VERY intimidated at first but as I got to know everyone it became apparent that there's no judgement and they were all just really supportive.
The only drawback of Thames is that it can get too busy sometimes. That said, the coaches have no trouble tweaking the wod so everyone fits in.
I would definitely come and do the fundamentals course if you're interested in starting crossfit, or drop in if you're travelling and in the area.

First time joining a CrossFit gym, I was anxious about not being able to do some of the workouts.
But the team here are fantastic, they work through all the movements simple and complex and create a really encouraging environment. A real sense of community which definitely helps when you’re trying to push through the final reps

This gym is fantastic, very positive atmosphere and no egos. Everyone is positive, helpful and teach you so much. You can expect to be challenged. You'll do movements you've never heard of and new variations of challenging lifts. The gym is well sized, trainers likeable, workouts scalable and addictive. The only way to describe CrossFit is, they break you and build you up at the same time!

It's almost 2 years since I first plucked up the courage to walk through those doors. Knowing nothing about fitness and having been a couch potato all my life I thought it was time for a change. (That and I'd seen how much fun my wife seemed to be having doing it!).
The coaches have taken me from zero to being able to do things I wouldn't have even thought of attempting! I've learnt so many skills and techniques and there's still a whole lot more to learn. My body has rebuilt itself and I've never been stronger or fitter in my life.
The best bit, is that it delivered on that promise of fun. I've really enjoyed almost every session! All I can say is a massive thank you to the excellent coaches and to the community for supporting me. I can't recommend it enough to anyone who's still breathing.

Superb facilities at RCT. The level of coaching is amazing and the athletes who attend really do make this Box an amazing place to train and develop. I recommend this place over and over again.
Attending RCT isn't like being a member at a standard gym - you become part of a positively growing community.

And to be in a community of athletes who support each other.
The so called staff (more like buddies) help you and genuinely care for you.
