Reviews of FRAME Kings Cross

The best gym I've ever been to! All the classes are top notch with friendly instructors who make you feel welcome regardless of fitness level.
A special shout out to Dance Cardio and Yin Yoga & Sound - amazing classes that is a must try!

I had one dance class and it was just SO MUCH FUN! The place is also very organised and clean. You can book 2 intro classes for £20, so it’s worth giving a chance.

Great classes, fun instructors and nice, clean studios. Slightly pricey for what you get but it is central London after all! Overall great atmosphere and would be back if I could get more classes on discounts/offers.

Love, love, love Frame. I think I've been to nearly all of them trying out different locations. It doesn't matter which one you go to, you will always have a great time and always feel welcome. The instructors are super nice and not once have I felt silly or like I wasn't fit enough, even though classes can be challenging. It's just such a positive place and great vibes altogether. Can't wait to come back.

This place is perfect for a fun & non stressful workout! The staff were smiley & welcoming. The instructors were full of energy & motivating. Having loud music I found so helpful. Also clean & big space.

You're paying for location it seems, the class I did was good but it felt very strange being on a room that looked onto a road that people could look into. The room didn't feel big enough for the number of people crammed in which isn't really safe when doing weight classes involving lots of jumping around. The reception staff were really nice though and the showers were good.

Love the facilities, always super clean, friendly reception staff and really great instructors that don't make you feel pressured but push you to do your best. And fun! Honestly didn't believe I could have such a blast exercising but who knew lol. Highly recommended!

One of the nicer Frame locations (tied with Farringdon as a favourite). Good classes and a nice layout. It's nice that this Frame has big windows and lots of natural light. As with most Frames, the changeroom is falling apart. Showers are always filthy. I'll always recommend it for classes - but for the price, you'd think the facilities would be top class.

My favourite gym. Friendly, cheerful classes. The reformer pilates class has good music. The smoothies are nice. Unlike the Shoreditch branch, the mats here aren't super gross. Loveliest yoga teachers and I like the new yoga room. However - I was talking to someone after one of the
Lift classes, and realised there isn't a lot of correction given during the class and might not be helpful to someone who isn't already aware of their form. I find that the instructors in the barre classes pay more attention to your form than in some of the other ones.

Obsessed with Frame !! Great range of classes and I’ve really improved my flexibility with “Bend it like Barbie” classes, I tried Rebounding for the first time recently and it was the best start to my day! Staff are always friendly & the instructors very knowledgable and mix up the class routines so you never get bored. Highly recommend !!

Nice gym, pilates class was my fav with the barre one. Most of the teachers are real pro and take good care of the attendees (1 exception for pilates, but we are not here to give names and point fingers). Staff at the desk can really improve their welcoming skills. For some reasons (which I don't understand) their webshop charges you 3.50£ for click n collect.

By far my favourite gym! Classes are super fun, instructors are really friendly and the workouts will most definitely get your heart racing! Would highly recommend :)

Fantastic! This is well located and amazing classes. I was smiling the whole way through despite the burn! Loved the mindfulness space and facilities included. If you haven't tried, Go for it!

For my first experience I have attended the reformer Pilates class and it was as good as it says on the box: abs feeling it the next day, sweaty but general feel good and enjoyable class

2 fitness rooms, a personal training room with equipment and a Pilates room. Separate yoga studio around the corner. Smoothies and snacks. Retail area for fitness wear and equipment. Large changing area. 3 showers. Free WiFi. Large tables for working, reading, snacking, or waiting for your class to start. This location often feels quieter than the others. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, a short walk to Granary Square and King's Cross-St. Pancras.

Better (cleaner/bigger/nicer/newer) than the Shoreditch location. Good classes and pretty good value
