An excellent boxing gym offering both one to one training as a means of keeping fit, and well supported boxing club training a full range of ages and abilities. Run by Steve Barrett and his son Ryan, WBU welterweight world champion, offering a very professional training regime for both male and female boxers, always ready and willing to give advice, but very strict where the boxing is concerned. Not for the feint hearted.

This is South east London best & most experienced boxing gym. The gym is filled with history here too with a father and son coach duo ! From professional, amateur boxers or just someone looking for a proper training session this is the place to come too.
