Tony and the team have been so amazing at working with me to achieve my goals. I came in wanting to take control of my body & bring it back to shape. I have lost almost 3 kilos in 3 months and 2 inches off my waist already! The sessions are intense but feel so rewarding and bespoke to my needs. I can only recommend this gym! 👌

I joined this 20 minutes gym 2 months ago and it’s a complete game changer of my life. I feel much happier physically and mentally. It’s one of the best decisions I have taken to join. My personal trainer Tony is a amazing person and is helping me though this amazing life change for the better. I would highly recommend this gym. You have to try to believe and you won’t Regret.

I've joined this gym a year ago, and it's been game-changer for me. Before I joined, I was not enjoying exercising, I was never making the time to do so, my cardio was really bad, and I was not feeling well in my body.
I started to come consistently 2-3 times a week with the amazing support of my coach Tony since then, and my body and my mental have massively changed.
- I am now addictive to exercising few times a week.
- I'm feeling great, good in my body and toned.
- I lost 3" on the waist, 2" on the legs, and I've built on my cardio.
- I built on my muscles
- My body has changed so much that now I feel good to wear certain clothes and fitted dresses that I was not wearing anymore
Tony has been a true Rockstar. He is a true professional, a great motivator, and has been very supportive along the way. Thanks to regular check-ins, he managed to keep me very focused and I couldn't have experienced such good results without his tremendous support and the ones from his coaches. The format is also great as you can easily find 30mins few times a week to exercise in your diary.
When you join it feels like a family, you start to know all other members who are lovely and you really feel part of a "community".
Highly recommend to join, you won't regret it :)

I can honestly say joining the 20 Minute Gym has been nothing but a positive experience. I quickly implemented a new routine which gave me focus and drive to reach my goals. With support of the team I have exceeded my expectations, improving my overall health and fitness and made a couple of friends along the way! It’s taken a small commitment of time, literally 20 minutes two or three times a week, the payoff is without a doubt worth every minute! This is the first gym I have ever joined, out of desperation, after gaining weight and not recognizing myself anymore. I was so upset and depressed. I am so grateful to Tony and Loz for their warm welcome, motivation and sense of humour. They changed my life!!

This 20 minute gym has been essential in my lifestyle change and learning to look after myself better. As a busy working mum, committing to 20 minutes is perfect for me and allows me to feel great without taking up too much of my day. TJ studios gym is absolutely a great place. Tony and John are very friendly and professional.
I started training there 7 weeks ago as i need to lose weight and make a
lifestyle change at 56 (never too late). I booked the 12 week plan and also provided was a solid food plan to cover my nutritional needs.
John is my trainer and I really enjoy my training with him, he is fantastic.
I started training 3 times a week for 20 mins and I really like the variety & challenge John put's into the sessions.
John is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun).
He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
John is extremely reliable & punctual always set up & ready to start training with an exercise routine planned.
Yesterday was the seven week mark and I have lost weight and I have toned up which is fantastic and I am so pleased, I still have a long way to go but with John's help I will get there.
I will definitely be booking another 12 week plan.
The price is also very good considering you are in central London
I would Highly recommend Tj Studios.

TJStudios is a great HIIT studio. With 20 minutes session it is perfect for busy people. Tony and John are flexible and accommodating with their clients, pay attention to details and make everyone comfortable in their gym. Highly recommend it.

Excellent gym with a great atmosphere. T programmes really work for shredding, building muscle and losing fat. Hard workouts, and they were all tailored for my goals, including diet plans Tony and John are easygoing guys who will push you hard. Reasonable prices too for the programmes and classes. All in all, I’d definitely recommend TJ Studios.

Having always been a fan of Hiit Training, I was absolutely gutted when my local Hiit Gym closed down two years ago and I was finding it really difficult to find something Similar.
Being a full time mum and running my own business, time is something that I don’t have much of!
A client of mine visited me, I hadn’t seen her for a while and noticed how fabulous and toned she looked she then proceeded to tell me all about TJ Studios ‘The 20 minute Gym’.
This was exactly what I had been looking for! That very same day I visited TJ for a consultation and after speaking to the guys I booked up immediately for the ‘12 Day Challenge’ (an offer they had on in the Summer). I needed a boost to get back into the swing of things, I had definitely put on weight and was not eating as healthy as I should be!
The Challenge was 12 consecutive days of 20 minutes of weight training everyday and consuming a high protein diet. I have to admit, it was hard work but as it was only 20 minutes a day it was achievable. I stuck to it religiously!
On the last day I was measured and I had lost a total of 5 inches of Body Fat! I was so happy I joined up immediately.
I have been training at TJ 3 times a week since September 2017, just 20 minutes per session and have dropped a dress size. Tony and John and always friendly, knowledgeable and professional and will always push you to do better! I highly recommend TJ! What are you waiting for? Give it a try!
