Mal is an outstanding trainer. I have been training with him for about 3 months now. As a woman approaching 70, I am looking to improve my strength and mobility. My family and friends have already noticed that I am more toned and my posture has improved. I also have much more energy. Mal understands that I can't go at the same pace as someone younger but makes sure I keep moving on at the right pace for me. He is an attentive and thoughtful instructor. I warmly recommend In Motion.

I've tried personal training sessions before and always felt like it wasn't worth it- especially as trainers never seem to pay attention to possible injuries and to my individual needs. That is, until Mal! I trained with Mal for about 2 months in a group and honestly have never felt better- I have more energy than ever before and feel much stronger. Normally weight training gives me back and neck pain too, but not after Mal's sessions. He is so careful and made it practically impossible to have an injury even while become significantly stronger. Moreover, he is good fun to be around. Can't recommend in motion more!

I've trained with Mal for over three years and I'm in the best shape of my
life because of it. Training with Mal I've learned so much about fitness;
how to programme training and the importance of nutrition. Mal is a great
coach and gives time to explain why certain things are important rather
than simply telling me to do something. Mal even recognised a structure
imbalance I have and referred me to an osteopath to help correct it! Highly
recommended!
