Jana is an incredible personal trainer. She takes your goals into consideration and organises a plan based on her extensive years of experience. Not only is she extremely organised and motivating (you will feel challenged every session), she has a great personality which makes training with her even more enjoyable. No two workouts are the same, she switches it up making the sessions really fun. She uses her experience and knowledge to identify areas of weakness and focusses on correcting these before doing any big lifts. Not only has my strength improved but so has my flexibility and mobility. Jana constantly checks up on us during the week, overall my sister and I have been training with her twice a week since April 2021 and have seen amazing results.

I attended Jana’s virtual abs and glutes workout after winning an Instagram competition. Let me tell you, this class is not for the faint hearted or those who want to slack and was definitely what I needed! I never knew workouts at home could be so effective and I lost two inches all around and the whole experience kick started my not pro get fitter and stronger. Jana is an amazing trainer and if only I lived within commuting distance, I would definitely 100% be attending her gym and having personal training sessions. If you are looking to develop your fitness and get in the best shape ever, Jana is the trainer you need!!

I am 64 and have arthritis and a torn rotator cuff. I had a hip replacement 2 years ago. I started training with Jana over 4 years ago and the results have been amazing. Jana personalises every session to focus on developing my core strength and mobility. She is lovely to work with and my mobility and strength have improved significantly. I started my fitness journey after my second child. I had late onset of post natal depression and suffered a miscarriage shortly before starting to work with Jana. I wanted someone who could understand my life juggling home/work. She did this effortlessly and made me feel really comfortable and motivated me when I couldn’t do it myself.
