I cannot recommend Kwaku enough for being the most amazing PT I’ve ever had the pleasure to train with and I have had many different experiences to compare to. I had not been going to the gym for a while and he made the process to begin again very easy and knew exactly how to help achieve the my goals. He is very motivating, friendly and accommodating. My fitness level and overall strength was noticeably increasing right away and I was able to put on the weight I wanted after struggling for years to do so!

Kwaku is the fifth personal trainer that I've had, and by far the best! We've come up with a varied and challenging routine that does not go stale. Every session is a challenge and you leave like you've had a real workout! Kwaku is a friendly guy but also knows when to push you harder. he's always reliable and the packages are good value. K is an exceptionally knowledgeable and motivating personal trainer, and hands down the best boxing trainer I have ever come across. He is constantly pushing my training limits; the improvements I have seen in my technique, speed, strength and fitness ability within such a short space of time are incredible. K is also a fun and positive person to be around, and I have a blast every time we train together. I saw K training someone else in the park near my house and thought to myself, 'this guy is both a beast and knows what he is doing!' I walked up to him after his session was over, introduced myself, and have never looked back. He has taught me how great a boxing workout can be, and I show improvement on my capabilities every week. I started training with Kay through recommendation. I am very satisfied with the one to one sessions I have been having. Kay is professional, polite, friendly and punctual. He tailors the session around your goals and no session is the same! Kay challenges and pushes you just right, so you don't feel pressured, but you feel motivated. He is brilliant at understanding and respecting the difficulties faced along the way.
He incorporates boxing in the training session- only if you chose- and I have to say it works wonders for me both physically and mentally!
I never thought i will be looking forward to training after so many failed attempts to attend gym memberships, barre core classes... but now I do! My 5th week of training daily and I already feel confident and strong! Thank you Kay!

Where do I start?! This man is punctual no matter the time, polite and super friendly. It is. Rarity that someone you do not know can make you feel as if your best buds, while pushing you to your absolute limits. This guy a excellent at what he does.
I am approaching my 5th week and can already express the copious amounts I have learnt with coach K! His ability to ease you into new things but simultaneously know how to push you is amazing!

Kwaku is the person you want to see when you want to get fit. It does not matter if you are a beginner or a pro athlete. Sessions are well structured fun and interactive. Love the flexibility of either training in a park or in the well equipped gym. I would recommend Kwaku and his team to anyone who wants to get that beach body. I have been visiting the studio twice a week for the 30 minute blitz sessions with Kwaku since October 2018 and I would highly recommend! The sessions always have a lot of variety and K is good at motivating you to push as hard as you can even when you want to give up. I've been going to sessions with Kwaku for about 10 weeks now, and while I always joke with him about dreading coming, I always feel completely energised after. When I started my training, I said I wanted to focus on building strength to help my joint pain, and I can honestly say, a short time later that I'm feeling stronger and healthier, and experiencing less pain - it's working! The sessions are focused and varied, and I love the incorporation of the boxing, really fun addition to the training. Just about to book my next 20 sessions!
