E. K.Firstly, Nick is a really great guy and he doesnt feel like your stereotypical PT trainer. Very friendly, laid back and you can have a good chat with him. When it comes to our training, he puts together very detailed and fun sessions which push you just the right amount. I've been working with him for several months to shed a little fat and become more defined. I definitely see great results already and we're only really just beginning. Cheers Nick!

I really like how engaged Nick is; I doubt I'd be as motivated, or consistent without him!
Training at his studio rather than a communal gym is so much better! I'm not sure if I'd have the same results at pure gym with all the people and the noise.
I would highly reccommend if you're really interested in looking and feeling fantastic!
