S. S.Very efficient covid booster process. Feels very safe. Well done and very fast with 15 minutes safety waiting after jab.
F. M.I came here to receive my booster and I was looked after by YAEL and KARINE. Their service was simply exceptional: in less than 60 seconds it was my round (way earlier compared to my reservation time), they were smiley, friendly, welcoming as well as highly efficient. The whole journey lasted for about 8 minutes. Fantastic. High-Five ;)
L. G.Came to get my vaccine booster. It was not amazingly well signposted as you enter through a different entrance but everyone was helpful and it was easy to find the right place. All the volunteers were efficient and it was very quick to get my vaccine and wait the required time before leaving.
A. E.Good place used it for months and months no issues and it's always been nice and clean staff are amazing happy to help you can book the little halls out and they are cheap ans cheerful and they comes and help you with anything that's you need.
S. L. S.Mainly uses the hall... Rubber flooring. It's nice if they do clean the floor more frequent. Small gym but it has equipment that can do most things. However one of their staff at reception is very rude.
G. D.Most inconsistent gym I’ve ever been to. MOST of the staff are great and helpful.
As well as unclean changing rooms and toilets (consistently), tonight they decided that customers don’t need lights when trying to use the lockers to get their stuff and to get changed. So, we had to use the flashlight on our phones to see what we were doing. This was no doubt to try and get us out quickly despite the sports centre still being open for another 10 mins but it’s just dangerous and unnecessary.
This gym is cheap and you’re constantly reminded of that but it doesn’t have to be that way.
If there were ANY other options closer to me, I’d be going there. Hopefully a puregym or something else opens up under one of the new blocks being built in the area.
I’ll keep adding photos of what other things the staff decide to surprise us members with as there’s almost always something!

S. S.Good gym but no water upstairs. Changing room is wet and smelly. Lockers in the hallway so can't lock your stuff up when showering which is not my idea of a good design. Circuits class with Nelly on Friday is awesome.

The Technogym equipment is decent - proper strides on the cross trainer, proper weights (not rubber bands!) on the resistance machines.
Its height gives it a sense of space that means you don't feel overcrowded.
Friendly staff though you don't see them much any more and it is less dynamic than it used to be. Avoid showers if possible. Still my favourite though.

R. T.Came here to study after reading about the 'library' on-site on the Westminster website, however, would hardly call it a library. The front area of the gym reception has 4 computers, a few small tables and a shelf with a very limited selection of books. Wouldn't recommend coming here to study or to look for any specific books - there's music blasting so not a very good place to concentrate but otherwise an alright spot as it's not busy at all compared to other actual libraries.
