Caroline is brilliant! After a tricky birth and c-section, Caroline helped me rebuild my strength week by week. She’s so knowledgable in her field and a great PT. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted to focus on and what I was struggling with.
I felt stronger after each week and it’s all down to Caroline. She’s an amazing person to train with and I always looked forward to our sessions.
Can’t thank her enough for all the help she’s provided. Highly recommend! Please do reach out to her if you’re on your postnatal journey and looking for someone who really cares and is a great PT.

Caroline’s Buggyfit classes are brilliant for new mums! She shows you how to exercise safely, pushes you hard so you get a great workout, but it’s so much fun too. We always have a laugh and Caroline distracts you through the tough bits telling funny stories or singing to the babies if they start screaming!
It was a great way for me to meet other mums, get out the house and enjoy the fresh air (rain or shine!) Even if it’s pouring down Caroline will be there with a Swedish Can Do attitude! The nice thing is that the babies can play next to you whilst you exercise so it’s an activity that benefits both Mum & Baby.
I’ve also had some PT with Caroline and the sessions were fantastic. We work hard and efficiently, but because Caroline is so lovely and we chat as we exercise the hour flies by! She’s extremely knowledgeable, experienced and an inspiring person. Highly recommend her classes and PT services.

I would 100% recommend a class or session with Caroline. Postnatal fitness can be quite a personal journey and Caroline is reassuringly calm, positive and supportive. She creates a safe, welcoming and fun atmosphere, carefully explains the purpose of each exercise and gives ample scope for progression as you start to feel stronger and more confident. I always feel I am in safe hands and leave the class feeling really positive.

I have been coming to Caroline's classes since May and I absolutely love them!
Except running a small local business Caroline genuinely cares about wellbeing of mums. Her holistic approach is refreshing and gives a community feel. The environment created during the classes is warm, inviting and fun.
Caroline always gives multiple variations of pretty much every exercise, so every mum can find a variant suitable for her fitness abilities.
There is a great focus on acknowledgement of every mums' journey to fitness and strength being different.
Caroline has an extensive knowledge and a lot of experience with anything mum to be or mum fitness related.
I truly cant recommend Caroline more!

Caroline taught our Bumps & Babies group postnatally and we loved the sessions. The classes were safe, fun and built up the workload just the right amount week on week. She’s also really lovely, which is a bonus :) Absolutely brilliant.

I started my pre-natal fitness journey with Caroline at 6months pregnant, and it was the best decision I made. Up until then I had barely done any exercise pre-pregnancy and I realised I needed to make a lifestyle change. Caroline was fantastic...every session was really enjoyable and varied, and specifically focused on strengthening my body and preparing if for birth and recovery post birth. She shared her extensive knowledge about each exercise and the benefits of it, as well as careful monitored my form to ensure I was performing each exercise correctly and safely. She adapted to my pace and ability, as well as focused on various muscles and stretches when I had certain pain. I left each session really feeling good. I cannot recommend Caroline enough!

I love Buggyfit! I started going when my baby was about 3 months old and it was absolutely perfect for starting to strengthen my body. I had previously been a long-distance cyclist and runner, but after giving birth I had to start all the way from the beginning to build up strength and fitness. Caroline is amazing and really knows the right exercises to do this without risk of injury or strain.

Buggyfit is so much fun - I highly recommend trying it! You get a great sense of achievement after exercising outside whatever the weather and it’s lovely to meet other local and like-minded mums. Caroline is so warm and welcoming and makes every effort to keep the classes varied and Interesting. She is also very knowledgeable and always suggests variations for each exercise to take into account all abilities and different stages of post-natal recovery.

I can’t recommend Caroline and her sessions enough. I began them approximately three months after my second child, and really wish I’d begun them after the first! Her knowledge, passion and good humour make for fun sessions which are differentiated to provide great levels of challenge, taking into account the needs of each individual. I love getting my sweat on in these classes and am so grateful Caroline is running them virtually during this pandemic.
