C. G.Friendly Safe Space to workout in.
The staff are so approachable and knowledgeable.
At first I was nervous as it looked like a hard core bodybuilders gym for men. But i felt welcomed.
Joined up on the spot!
V. D.I like the equipment. It works as it should be. For those who prefer luxury It won't fit.
Those who worked out in the garage will be emotional. People are nice, polite. It feels as the place real, without fake things or unnecessary stuff.
B. B.Proper spit and sawdust bodybuilding gym. Almost complete set of free weights and lots of benches, plus necessary cable machines. Quite friendly. Weights are all metal. Gym clean and tidy, don't go for the changing rooms... The usual protein shakes and gym clobber for sale.
L. M.Friendly members. Decent equipment considering the size of the gym and a fair price as well. Not much space to park nearby though.
R. L.Price was good and pay monthly was good cos no contracts. I have left the gym a while ago and see they have done some work on the place. Reason i left was due to there being no aircon.They use to have the back door open and it was stuffy and boiling in there. If the aircon is sorted it would be a good gym.
F. G.Just attended the morning session after an absence of two months. As before, the GYM’s personnel is very friendly and helpful. Although there are times when the place is packed especially after 5pm the GYM itself is great and offers a large variety of fitness equipment.
I. D.I think this place is a bit over priced, it is always with a musky smell, a few of the trainers are not in a good condition. There is no air conditioning, there are a few fans which doesn't help mutch. Womens changing room is extremely small, better to come already in your work out clothes, and the lockers can't be locked, toilet is without a light and most of the time without a loilet paper as well.

M.Good gym... good equipment, female changing facilities are rubbish... location ok, parking not great.. staff not that friendly or helpful but one of decent gyms in the area
