I was introduced to Ali via a friend who trained with him and highly recommended him to me. I was struggling with weight loss and maintaining a healthier lifestyle and decided to give it a shot, without expecting too much particularly with gyms being shut due to covid. From our first meeting Ali was understanding and knowledgeable with a sense of reality rather then order. We honestly discussed the issues I was facing and the probable solutions. He took the time to understand my lifestyle and developed a program suitable for my hectic work schedule with constant daily supervision and encouragement via the Optimum app.
Ali attitude and his developed courses have and are helping me to reach my target, but most importantly maintaining that target. I am one of those who gain weight incredibly fast so losing 8 kgs in 2 months and maintaining that loss is a great achievement. Ali guidance and attitude have increased my awareness and conscious, as well as gradually pushed me to higher limits I didn’t expect to achieve this fast. I can see the benefits of his program not only for weight loss but have also impacted positively my routine, mood and work life.
With absolute confidence I recommend Ali as a personal trainer who will provide you with specific care and develop a personalized structure to reach your goals with a flexible and motivating approach. I can not fault him the results are great and life changing.

This is the first time with a personal trainer and the first time in a very long time that I have stuck with any kind of programme apart from very lazy cycling to work – and that is pretty much all down to Joe. I was recovering from a back injury and hadn’t realised how out of shape I had become and consequently had very low expectations of myself – fortunately and miraculously Joe didn’t and his approach has helped me overcome my defeatist attitude and I am seeing all sorts of results, both physically and mentally. The sessions challenge me in an exhilarating way – I'm doing dead-lifts! and other stuff I thought I could never do and actually look forward to sessions.
