Room smelled strange not sure if it was musty or damp. The room itself was in need of some fixing. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us to jump on the tube and head into central London
A. O.
Friendly staff, comfortable room, clean and tidy. The room is getting a little tired but it did not distract from our stay. Lots of venues to enjoy locally
S. M.
Pros:
- rooms are a decent size
- room & bathroom are nice aesthetically
Cons:
- not enough towels so we had to share
- covers are thin so I was cold
- the body soap sucks

Really nice premier inn. Nice and clean and staff really pleasant. Great food and drink as well. Looking forward to me next stay here.
M. B.
Dirty linen and towels left in a pile in my room so had to go down to reception to ask gor someone to collect. The restaurant doesn't open until 6pm and the service is bad. The sound proofing is awful. Sainsburys fire alarm started shortly after midnight and went on for nearly 2 hours.
H. S.
Fantastic service. Big, clean room with all facilities, just needs a refurbishment. Did the job. Staff and breakfast were great.

Great Hotel Really Comfy Bed.
Stayed for 2 nights 5 min walk from Colliers Wood Tube. Large shopping area across the Road. Stayed on the 6th floor with lovely views of London. Would definitely stay here again.
Internet is a little slow but just used my own phone as a hotspot for my iPad.
L. M.
Very comfortable beds. Brilliant area for shops and restaurants etc. Easy parking. Lovely breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

At the top end of what you can expect from a Premier Inn if I'm honest, clean as a whistle
,fresh as you like and bang on target. Clint deserves a solid metion as "the man that can", an asset to his employer he really got me and my partner out a hole. I'd highly recommend this place as a easy nights sleep at a good price with quality staff.
B. H.
Good location comfy room but there is a gym and the music from it was vibrating through my room till 10pm which was annoying .
B. H.
Good location and nice tidy and comfy room .. free parking was a bonus..
D. W.
Always a great stay. Food is good and the staff helpful.
C. W.
Some problems in first room with mechanical noise, 2nd bedroom OK, TV did not work reported 4 times to no avail. Room opposite smoking some substance which spread into the corridor and room, nothing done about it despite signs about smoking rules. Location was great for what we were doing.
R. G.
Box standard room, which you'd expect no other. Tea and coffee, kettle and hair dryer in the room.
Room very hot during the night. Aircon struggled a bit.
The breakfast was really good, and the staff in the restaurant were so friendly 5* for them.
a. j.
Excellent staff, always helpful, courteous and kind. 5 stars for staff. But room's condition was below my expectation, holes in bed sheets table condition as in the pic. Stained chair. Carpet was old.
R. B.
Very good stay. Good sized rooms and very good bathrooms/showers. Don't stay in room ending 00 as in 400, 500... They back onto the lift and a riser that is noisy. Any other room is top notch. Had my room moved due to some minor issues so all in Staff are 100% and very helpful. No food on offer at this time due to Covid

Arrived and given key. Off up to the 5th floor key does not work. Back to reception given different room as " oh that room lock doesn't work sometimes" given different room on 5th floor. This room had a double bed and 2 singles in it with about 3 inches between them. Asked housekeeping if the extra bed/beds could be removed whilst we were out that evening as no room to swing a cat. Came back 1 am beds still there. Hubby slept in double, I had a single as could not get in and out of double without climbing over hubby. !!!! Asked for bed to be removed again next morning, still there in the evening. Once again Asked reception to move bed but was told we will do it tomorrow, I told receptionist I was going home the next day her response was a shrug. Told her not acceptable . Manager came out explained situation and he went straight up and removed the bed. He was very apologetic and polite. Just a shame the other staff were as not. Shame really as usually really good service etc from premier inn. Maybe teething troubles after pandemic ie new staff.

What you'd expect from a Premier inn. Decent bed got a good sleep
R. P.
Good facilities! Clean and great lighting for getting ready for a wedding! Free parking is great too!
R. C.
Staff were great, very helpful Hotel very clean
N. C.
Reliable Premier Inn room, better than average Premier Inn reception welcome, information and customer service.
N. S. (.
Covid safety in place. Check in straightforward. Room pleasant and nice 3rd floor view towards central London. Added the meal deal (limited 2 course evening meal (cheese burger was yum), with drink plus full breakfast). Evening service ok, but could not find staff to request additional breakfast choices after first order. Overall good value for money and nice to back after lockdown.

Like all premier inns you know it will be clean and comfortable.. reasonably priced and quiet if your not road side. There is an italian a short walk away, see other post
d.
I ain't an over fussy person but the carpets are tatty and my scruffy chair is broken. Also bed is very creaky. Staff very helpful and rooms are warm and cosy with self adjusting heating controls.
C. M.
We picked this because it is near family. Traveled with wife, 2 kids 6 & 9. We had the family room with three beds. It's clean, super friendly staff. Not a lot of bells and whistles. Room is tight with two adults and two kids. I had no issues with our stay. 6 minute walk to train and bus stops. Grocery store and shopping across the street. I will stay here again.

This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at. My family and I always stay here when we come to London. Our room was lovely and clean and the beds were comfortable. The water was nice and hot and the bath was a nice size. The rooms include a small tea set ( a kettle, two mugs, sugar, milk, coffee and tea bags.) The rooms have air conditioning, to ensure that you have a comfortable sleep and you are not too hot or cold. You can hear the road but it is not too loud at all. We could also hear the people above us but that was only because we happened to have noisy people upstairs. But the noise stopped when we settled down to sleep. We did not go to the resturaunt (because of COVID) but we have been there before. The food is always hot and it is a buffet, so you can take whatever you fancy, from cereal to hot croissants. Or a full English. The staff are kind and we have never had a problem with any of the staff when we come here. I would definately recommend, whether you have a young family, you are by yourself, or even with some friends.
P. C.
Good location for work good staff and plenty of parking and a gym in the area a bonus
R. K.
Nice experience to stay in
Nice staff good and Clean please recomend 👍
I. Q.
The room was nice enough. The parking works weirdly because you can only pay in the machine from certain hours onwards. The breakfast was only one waiter and I was waiting for 30min and nothing. I had to leave to work.. not all people are nice in reception. Guests wearing masks aren't controlled and staff don't wear it properly.
M. M.
Good quality hotel. Fast and efficient check in. Three lifts to eight floors. Clean tidy with great beds. Only reason for not giving five stars was the cheap streaky bacon served at Breakfast instead of back Bacon. Parking nearby was 4 pound per hour free on Sundays
B. L.
Lovely staff, all very polite and friendly as well as helpful. Room was spotless!
S. A.
Cheap and cheerful, staff where friendly there was a young guy who looked after the bar for the England finale really made us welcome. Not to far from Wimbledon it’s self and few decent bars close by too,
N. C.
Like any of these places they serve a purpose, the amount of gaffer tape on the carpets shows how tired it is though, but the beds are still as comfortable thankfully
C. P.
Very friendly staff on reception and dining area. Rooms clean and comfortable. Shops and takeaway just across the car park, well worth a stay there.
M. S.
Had a family room. Big enough for all of us. Breakfast was nice. Staff very accommodating.
Not sure where it was coming from, but there was loud banging all night, which lead to a pretty sleepless night. 😣
Did have breakfast cost refund as a token gesture. 👍
N. M.
Excellent hotel, spacious & comfortable room. The breakfast was great, all fresh & I liked that the serving spoons & tongs were clearly labelled... as a vegetarian I hate having to use the same tongs that others have used for sausages & bacon.
Car parking wasn't immediately obvious, but was a shared car park with other local outlets.
A. J.
Great location for underground into town. Clean, breakfast was excellent.
P. C.
Rooms are great, all staff I have met are helpful and friendly. Downside my bathroom smells of weed when I get back from work. Clearly more to do with other residents than hotel or staff
F. P.
I was pleasantly surprised by my brief stay. Valentina, the Receptionist was friendly and helpful. So were the Restaurant manager and staff. The room was tastefully furnished. The bathroom and the bed were just right, with out being over the top. It was clean, warm and quiet. Excellent security. Excellent menu. I really enjoyed my stay.
L. R.
Greeted promptly on arrival at the desk, room was ready 1 hour before check in to our luck so that was a bonus. Room was a good size, clean and very quiet but on the top floor (6) We went back out and returned late that night. All standard amenities included tea, coffee kettle and hairdryer provided. Only bad point of the stay was that the hot water ran out mid shower (were only 2 of us!) Checked out no problems and the woman at the desk was very pleasant and polite. Would stay again and gains easily accessible off the tubes into central London.
V. H.
Staff very friendly and chatty. Always super helpful and have a policy of not saying your room number outloud (if a female travelling alone) which I think is a nice touch. Food menu looks to have been updated since I last stayed. Great night sleep as always, will be buying a premier Inn bed when I buy my own house!
T. S.
Great staff, great location
Premier Inn for me is amazing
P. S.
Convenient for the underground as you are just a short walk to colliers wood tube station which is on the northern line. The car park is normally quite busy so be aware. There is a restaurant and bar at the hotel but there are also a few other places nearby.
Staff were all friendly
C. C.
Parking here is much more difficult than it needs to be. There is only a parking meter and it does not accept any form of payment except coins. It's also got a huge sign with a bunch of text explaining how to use the parking machine, which is not at all straightforward. This needs to be sorted.
The reception and service was a little iffy. There were a huge amount of people waiting when we arrived, and only one person on the reception, who then went off into an office and didn't emerge for about five minutes, so there was a very long wait for checking in.
Bizarrely, we were given room 400, and there are NO signs to indicate where 400 actually is. Numbering begins from 401 and goes upwards, so beyond knowing it's the fourth floor, you have to just hunt down the room.
The room was clean and well equipped, and everything worked properly. The bathroom was very modern with a good shower. Towels were a generous size and the bedding was more than enough to be comfortable.
Unfortunately the walls and ceilings are made from some kind of wafer thin material and there was a huge amount of noise, mainly from directly above, which continued late into the night. Obviously there's not a lot the staff can do about this, but it's worth bearing in mind if you want some peace and quiet.
The hotel is in a really good area with a large supermarket across the street and a number of restaurants opposite. It has a small selection of things available from a vending machine in the lobby, and there is a 24-hour petrol station within a few minutes' walk.
Notably, there ARE electrical sockets next to the bed, which is nice. Some hotels only have them across the room which is no good if you need to charge a phone and still use it, but this was a nice surprise.
It's hardly a luxury place, and this is reflected in the price tag, but the parking was a real pain and something that can be solved so easily. Apart from that, I feel like I got what I paid for.
S. M.
Great sleep and lovely clean facilities.
J. S.
Feels like the hotel has been recently renovated as it all looked quite fresh inside. New carpets etc. Rooms are a good size for the money. We had an issue with the mattress so ended up getting a part refund, no quibbles. I'll defo come back if I'm in the area again.
J. S.
Nice freshly refurbished rooms with air con which is great when it decides to work. Good location with loads of supermarkets and fast food places. There's serious noise issues in some rooms from the gym that's in the same building though. Room 322, loud banging from people lifting weights all night long. Must be a 24hr gym. The music is also very audible all night. Not ideal.
H. A.
We had 2 family rooms. Both very clean. All public areas clean. Friendly efficient staff. Really good breakfast.
Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
T. W.
We stayed on a Christmas eve and were made to feel very welcome from the moment we checked in. We were able to check in a few hours early as the hotel was not overbooked the previous night. Whatever we asked the staff for was created with a helpful smile and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and presentable. We had breakfast which was superb.
V. H.
This is in my opinion one of the BEST Premier Inns that we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean and a great nights rest in here. Lovely clean restaurant and bar, staff are very attentive and helpful. My only downside to this hotel is that you can never get through to them by telephone prior to your arrival with any queries, after waiting the line tells you that nobody is available and disconnects the line (despite it charges 10p per minute) .. maybe you need to address this Premier Inn?
L. L.
A great hotel with friendly staff... All good no complaints. Very convenient location with plenty of shops and fast food outlets available. Close to Northern line tube at Colliers wood
n. j.
Clean. Good location. Near tube station. Free parking what's not to like.
s. c.
Is like any other premier inn, good size of camera, clean and comfortable. Only problem the room in the ground floor (101,100) are very noisy, all the night the vent of the air conditioning system. Good restaurant and good choices for breakfast.
E. S.
Food was amazing, slow service unfortunately
K. A.
The room is fabulous, initial check in call was marred with the receptionist having no care when asked about dining arrangements. However on arrival, the ladies were very supportive. I guess he's having a bad day
K. H.
Great location. Good rooms. Free car park. Stay here regularly
c. r.
Not great. but bearable.shame that on the Friday night Saturday morning all we had was the groaning of air trapped in water pipes and the soundproofing is non existent as from 6am we could here thud thud thud from above. Talking from the room next door and the hair dryers going. Horrendous trying to sleep when it is also extremely humid and the Aircon will not stay on for more than an hour. We went down to breakfast to find the floor had obviously not been cleaned as there was bits of pizza and chips on the floor at our table from the night before I'm guessing. Was going to mention all this at reception upon leaving but as there was nobody on reception again I gave up. And how most of the hot breakfast was barely warm but the serving tools were to hot to handle is beyond me.
Yours as a first time customer with your company disappointed
Mr DJ Smith

Usual good Premier standard. Nice clean room and bathroom. Lovely meal in restaurant, somewhat spoiled by man on nearby table using very bad language throughout the meal. I had to move away to get out of hearing! Shame no staff felt able or concerned enough, to speak to him to watch his language. I assume Premier Inn(Thyme restaurant ) care about customer experience?
A. D.
My thanks to the housekeeping staff for ensuring that my laptop power cable found it's way safely back to me.
Friendly reception staff, clean rooms.
S. E.
Hotel is good, staff are friendly, very clean and the food is nice! Only thing is there is a gym next door which you could hear the music from every morning! And the cleaners would leave our windows open resulting in our room being freezing every night we got back!
c. l.
Excellent. Clean, comfy, efficient, well located and a good price. This is not the Ritz, so don't be silly and picky. It provided all I needed for a trip to London, which was a place to sleep. Air con and real windows that open. I'll be going again soon.
D. S.
We were greeted by Will who was very helpful and check in was fast. On first impressions our room looked clean however it needed dusting and my 9yr old son pointed out they had forgotten to hoover! Areas around the grouting on the bathroom tiles were mouldy. The air conditioning worked well all be it a tad noisy. We couldn't change rooms as the hotel was full due to Wimbledon 2017.
P. O.
Very convenient hotel for our purposes. Usual Premier inn facilities. Housekeeping a bit erratic in supplying towels and topping up tea tray with milk. Room.very quiet and bed comfortable. Room temp a bit high but managed to get it down via aircon and opening window
F. M.
This is a perfectly pleasant Premier Inn. The standards are much in keeping with what you would expect from this particular chain. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a hiccup with my check-in process but that was swiftly made up for by the helpful staff on shift. The parking is a little confusing - take the time to read and re-read the signs outside!
L. C.
We didn't sleep well and were told 'you should have asked for more pillows' also our breakfast overpriced and cold we were then told ' you should have asked for your breakfast to be reheated. Who would eat a reheated breakfast. The staff were lovely
R. C.
I found all the staff friendly and helpful .... The facilities were good.
Thanks for a pleasant stay ...
I. R.
Have used this hotel a number of times now. Good clean rooms and helpful staff.
A. Z.
Nice hotel, even if a bit outside of you need to visit central London. There's a tube station close by (5 mins walk). The room was nice, with comfortable beds, a good TV, spacious bathroom with fairly hot water. Towels and soap are provided and changed daily, and there's a powerful hairdryer. There's a supermarket right opposite in case you need something, but I didn't try the local restaurant or breakfast. The only "con" would be the bed, which felt too warm, but overall it was one of the best hotels I've ever been too (3 stars).
B. I.
A large Premier Inn with good car parking. be aware that you have to pay for the parking during the day so check the board by the machine near the entrance to the hotel. It has a lift to all six floors and stairs for the fit. The restaurant is on the second floor with a bar here to. Breakfast is served in the same place.
Rooms have just been upgraded, modern with a large TV on the wall and sockets for charging etc. Visit their website for more info.
L. I.
You're never going to get 4-star luxury at a Premier Inn, but I've stayed here for a weekend once (long story as I live nearby!) and the rooms are more than adequate for a couple of nights stay. Our room was a good sized double, with a good sized bathroom attached, which had a shower and a bath. It had a flat screen TV in the room and everything from a standard economy range hotel chain. There is a reasonably nice bar on one of the higher floors that is not too expensive and is a comfortable locale for a nightcap!
A. T.
Very convenient location for Wimbledon. Sainsbury's and M&S across the road. Bonus was the free parking!
Room was to usual good standard with a/c... although the a/c switches off when the door card is withdrawn from the holder...so the room became really hot while we were out.
For breakfast we both chose 'continental' which is great value. The porridge was good. One member of staff took exception to us finding our own table at breakfast....but all of the other staff made our stay very good.
There is some road noise but we would certainly stay here again.
C. B.
The staff very friendly. The breakfast we opted for healthy breakfast after first night. Sausages over cooked, bacon was too dry and you had to wait for more food to be cooked. We went to the Thyme restaurant, we sat and waited for over 15 minutes before we were asked what we wanted to order. The reason for. The wait was another table who came in after us were served first.
Room ok.
K. L.
Good location, easy access to rest of London via underground, decent pub and food options in close proximity. Hotel was clean and tidy, staff very courteous, no complaints, definitely stay again when City get to Wembley 😁
P. L.
Every thing was good. Very friendly staff and deliverroo and uber eats worked well for the area. Shower pressure was a little odd but everything else worked really well. The6 even now have an AV panel for plugging in laptops etc into the screen in the room.
S. S.
Faulty light in bathroom asked if tried to fix myself. Hmmm no I'm telling you so someone can come look at it not like at home a whole hotel is connected to this power not just the what seven areas of my house. Had to be moved room away from rest of party as couldn't stay in the room due to medical condition. Second room carpet. Gaffer taped down between main hall and room and to bathroom. Breakfast was brilliant.
S. B.
Great location. Free parking. Rooms are not cleaned daily.
F. M.
Great Premier Inn with cosy modern rooms. Very comfy bed and good sized bathroom. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and just under 10 minutes away from Colliers Wood or South Wimbledon tube stations. Nice relaxed restaurant with quite a bit of seating and nice views. Average breakfast with hot options, cereals, yogurts and unlimited tea, coffee and juices. Overall a great hotel.
B. J.
Not great. Loads of shops around. Plenty to do locally but I wouldn't stay again. Pillows were in short supply. Not enough key cards to issue more than one person room and we both felt I'll after both days we ate meals in the restaurant.
s. B.
Excellent service, great friendly staff
P. L. p. p.
The receptionist was very helpful. Nice, clean room. Local shops and larger chains within arm's reach. Not far from public transport. Happy enough with it.
S. P.
Nice, clean rooms, decent breakfast, not cheap but then not are other hotels in the area. Same experience as all other Premier Inn hotels so good if you like consistency.
Z. E.
Receptionist did not welcome me but simply looked up. Couldn't find my reservation until I showed email. Handed me key card. I had to ask which room I was in. Didn't direct me towards lift and this isn't visible from reception as it is hidden next to vending machines. Not the usual high quality experience I have got accustomed to.
M. A.
Room was immaculate, and the breakfast was excellent. Very good service both at check in and for breakfast. Parking was a bit cramped and whilst it's free at certain times, the machine and signs are a little confusing.
G. C.
Nice clean modern hotel, could not switch off our aircon so had to call reception at 12:30 am which cost 13 pence a minute!! Car park was free as doesn't take new £1 coin which was great, lift broke but 1 worked, nice breakfast.
M. F.
The Premier Inn is clean and comfortable
There is no food available due to vivid but there are local takeaways
A. W.
Nice clean quiet rooms, always stay here on our visit to the uk to see family. Never had any problems, check in always fast and easy.
J. G.
Visiting family nearby for Christmas. Booked in advance and paid in full upfront. OK when you've committed to visiting family for Christmas I suppose. Mother and I got rooms opposite each other which was great. I did phone up and ask for rooms near each other after all. Cleanliness comfort and space of Premier Inn rooms as expected. Bulb out on side lamp in mothers room. It was replaced very quickly on request. Plug socket next to my bed which I need to plug in my positive airway pressure unit was faulty in that the plug wouldn't go in, but I still got current from it thankfully partially in. As we are still mid stay I will mention it at reception probably before we leave. Staff friendly and helpful. I may try out breakfast tomorrow morning and feed that back for you. There's a restaurant on the second floor for breakfasts and evening meals. The times are amended over the Christmas period. There's a bar too open from 5 til 11pm. I haven't tried that yet. The car park is on floor zero with an entrance and sweeping staircase or lift to the first floor reception where there's another side entrance at Street centre. It's opposite a shopping centre imparticularly a Sainsburys for your landmark/location interest. I took the outside room street side which had triple glazing and had no trouble with noise from traffic so I got a good night's sleep which is the main thing. I'd say my stay so far is very good.
R. O.
I have used the hotel for 2 nights sleep when visiting relatives in the region.
Don't know about restaurant or bar but the room and general quality of hotel is very good.
Had a couple of requests that were promptly and friendly sorted by staff.
Easy to drive in and quite accessible by bus and close to underground station.
Highly Recomendended
S. J.
Another great stay in this hotel. Refurbished since my last visit in January, its a great place to stay. With the Colliers Wood tube station a 5 minute walk, getting up to London is easy and only 20 minutes away.
Will use this hotel again.
G. L.
Fantastic welcome, clean bedrooms, great breakfast. 3 mins from Collier's wood station ( 20 mins in to central London). Useful shops and restaurants just over the road. Would definitely use it again.
A. S.
Nice place. Very friendly service
T. R.
Typical premier inn, couldn't fault the checkin process and room was as expected. Good location. Waze struggled with the right direction for the car park and didnt see any signs for it.
t. b.
Check was easy, team were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was well cooked the only couple of niggles I could pick up on were double rooms instead of twin and the hash browns were sometimes overcooked. Also very easy to get to
P. O.
Very handy and clean. Great for a stop off.
A. P.
Good location with only a 5 minute walk to Colliers Wood tube station. Plenty surrounding the hotel with a retail park Sainsburys, Pizza Hut, and KFC bang outside.
Rooms modern with a large wall mounted flat screen TV, tea and coffee facilities all recipes usual Premier Inn facilities.
Large hotel with 6 floors and although it is on a very busy road noise wasn't a problem. Would stay there again for visiting London.
A. W.
Very comfortable bed, well appointed room that was quiet. Very, very slow service in the restaurant although they did explain they were busy my main course was forgotten and took over an hour to arrive
N. W.
It's a nice clean place to stay, very quiet and surrounded by great places to eat.
L. H.
we only stayed for one night myself husband and 2 children. what a lovely bunch of staff very frienly and vey efficient nothing was too much trouble. food was lovely, rooms were clean and tidy. Would definately stay again. Well done premier inn
L. J.
I must say the Ladies on reception last nite were brilliant, there was a problem with my company booking a room . The Ladies sorted a room out for me . Excellent thanks very much.
M. P.
Nice location that is only a short distance from the tube and with plenty of parking EXCEPT that parking is not theirs and it is a faff with coins to have a ticket. Really should make a system so you can just pay for it with your hotel bill.
J. S.
Clean and tidy. Friendly. Free parking..
J.
Newly refurbished and currently on going this week during my stay, so if a night worker beware.
Lots of local stores and eateries surrounding
Car park is shared with local stores and pay and display 2hrs free hotel guests £6 24hrs (use the yellow button on the ticket machine)
T. O.
Comfortable bed and pillows, friendly staff, good location for us, can't comment on breakfast as didn't have it but overall very good
J. T.
Friendly staff, the usual decent Premier Inn breakfast. Good location with supermarket and restaurants nearby. No hot water first night but this was swiftly remedied after reporting to reception.
S. A.
Enjoyed our three night stay here, but a very noisy person in the room above us! Woke us up very early for two mornings!!!!? Average food......
T.
Simple but the best in its category. Nice, clean and quite room, subway station is about 5 mins walk. Overall, myself and my family have enjoyed the stay.
D. R.
Great value stay with family, supermarket next door, good access to central London. Quiet at night, although you will hear a little traffic noise on the street side, but very bearable (and I am noise-sensitive). If you have kids, make sure you visit the small animal farm Deen City Farm nearby.
E. m.
very comfortable bed and very clean but one i thing i like which is the size of the rooms it’s so huge and very friendly staff parking area is outstanding
M. W.
It's not bad but for some reason doesn't offer the usual extra pillows etc not a big fan of the self serve breakfast that's been under a hot lamp for god knows how long, not worth paying for
T. B.
Hotel is realy good. Low price, good rooms. Only one reason I will not come back again. The parking. Very clumbsy way to park your car for the hotel. Even staff don't know how it works. You can only pay cash by coins. Bad service.
A. d. S.
Great base to stay and catch the tube only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. 30 mins on a tube and you're standing in Leicester Square. Simples...... Plus a fiver gets your car parked on site for 24 hrs.
d. b.
The premiere inns are always welcoming. The rooms are spacious and always very clean and well kept.
T. B.
Staff was friendly and the place was clean. There was only one socket close to bed so that wasn't optimal for charging more than 1 thing at once but generally it was a relaxing night with good food for dinner
R. M.
We stay here often, ideally located to get into London quickly being a short walk (5 mins) to the tube. Staff are always very helpful and friendly.
p. d.
Clean room friendly staff

Hi, I wanted to know if you had any email through which I can contact you, since I stayed December 5, 6 and 7 of 2019 and I lost one of my AirPods, I wanted to know if they had found you, thanks.
M. T.
Good food good service at breakfast and dinner.
Clean and tidy.
D. O.
I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past five years. When you find a great hotel you keep going back. I recommend the hotel to family and friends when they are traveling in England.
K. B.
Great hotel with wonderful service, car parking is abit of a pain as you have to get up early to repay with no option to pay online or by phone
S. a.
Standard Premier Inn, really nice staff.
Reception not being on ground floor, (on 1st floor) and accessible via 2 heavy doors is a bit of a pain. Nearest public toilet is on 2nd floor.
K. T.
The parking is tiny. But the stay was alright and the food wasn’t to bad I was ordering pizza from around the corner most of the time but yeh good overall service
m. c.
Ideal venue for Wimbledon. Lots of good places close by to eat. We are gluten free so unable to eat at their restaurant as did not cater.
M. F.
Very good rooms for a family with 2 childrens, clean and very quiet place. Not so far for the centre of London, the underground is 10 minutes walking.
I. L.
5 mins from Northern Line (Colliers Wood) so quick (30mins or so) connections to West End etc, clean rooms, comfy bed... everything you expect at a fraction of central London Prem Inn prices
w. B.
Staff were very friendly and accomodating, rooms were clean and spacious. Very comfortable and warming experience, would happily stay again.
R. J.
Friendly staff and comfortable room. We asked for a quiet room and got it.
Restaurant breakfast is good, daytime/evening menu is extensive and moderately expensive.
C. J.
Quiet room, comfy bed and close to subway links. Very friendly and professional staff. Brilliant breakfast with plenty of choices.
C.
Nice refurbished rooms. Breakfast was good. Car park is £6. Lifts are not great seemed to spend a long time waiting for them every time

Typical Premier Inn, but unfortunately hard to get a drink or sit in lounge area as open with limited hours and closes at ten mid week and eleven weekends, staff very good, friendly guys.

Standard Premier Inn, really nice staff.
Reception not being on ground floor, (on 1st floor) and accessible via 2 heavy doors is a bit of a pain. Nearest public toilet is on 2nd floor.
D. R.
Great value stay with family, supermarket next door, good access to central London. Quiet at night, although you will hear a little traffic noise on the street side, but very bearable (and I am noise-sensitive). If you have kids, make sure you visit the small animal farm Deen City Farm nearby.
K. B.
Great hotel with wonderful service, car parking is abit of a pain as you have to get up early to repay with no option to pay online or by phone
B. D.
