Top circuit training - Great class variation and super friendly staff. All sessions are class orientated, the trainers are always on hand, providing tips on technique to help you improve and make it a personal experience. Been going for a few years now and the gym continues to evolve and keep me and many others interested.

Been using the class-based gym for 3 years (over a traditional gym) and I've got fit, and stayed fit. Good booking system allowing you to cancel when you cannot attend. Great instructors who help push your limits. Friendly too.

I went to a free trial of the Rebel Fit class. Well run gym, facilities, website, trainers ect but the class was pretty standard circuit training, not the high intensity sports conditioning I was looking for.
You can only use the gym for classes or the personal traininers so if you want to do private sessions then you'll have to get another membership elsewhere aswel.

Two weeks into a 12 week training schedule - the Best thing I've ever spent money on. Friendly - Laid Back - Attentive - Professional team - scientifically knowledgeable and credible (from a scientific/medical background myself) - bespoke nutrition plans tailored to client body types and training programmes. In a word - BRILLIANT. Brilliant atmosphere between trainers and clients, great LARGE space for dynamic/explosive workouts. The place just feels real.. nothing corporate, nothing posey, - the guys work as hard as you do - every session is different - real thought and time put into programming the structure of each session to be different & increasingly challenging. Exercise that makes you want to throw up then die by the end of the hour - proof that it's working. And you're pushed all the way through - nothing sadistic - just focussed encouragement pushing you to your max. 5stars and then some
