Hello I'm Eleni, I'm a mother of an 8 year old and twins that are 5 years old. I have always been busy trying to pleased my family and never had time to do something for myself until I found Tailor Fitness online. I'm proud to say I'm feeling better since I started Tailor Fitness. I started in mid November and since then I have dropped 3.5kg and all my measurements have gone down. My clothes fit me better now. For example I had a massive problem with my tummy after giving birth (via c-section) to twins and now I have dropped 15cm. Nikesh which is the manager is a really lovely person and he not only trains and pushes you to your limits but also gives you advise on eating habits and even dealing with stress issues. I have also changed my way of thinking, when you don't manage to do what you want you just do it another day. Anyone that joins Tailor Fitness will definitely not regret it. So stop thinking and just do it...

I have been doing personal training with Tailor Fitness for three months and I cannot speak highly enough of the package. Nikesh is an excellent coach and brings a practical and easy to follow plan to my training and nutrition, enabling me to understand how to achieve the best results out of my time in the gym. Having him take the thinking out of the process means that I get to focus on the other busy aspects of my life. Even in a few months I feel less stiff and feel much stronger - Highly recommended.

I have been personal training with Tailor Fitness for over two months now and enjoying every single session.
Each session is well structured and gives me an opportunity to push myself. I have never really enjoyed going to a gym before but I look forward to going to gym now, with Tailor Fitness.
Nikesh is an excellent coach, he constantly encourages me to do better, with regular feedback on how I am progressing. Nikesh makes each session a lot of fun and motivates everyone in a gentle manner.
I would highly recommend Tailor Fitness to everyone!

My journey with Nikesh began in December and it’s been a fantastic start. I was never a gym person and had been inactive for a long period doing a desk job. Nikesh has been brilliant in working with my specific needs and focuses on what is necessary to help me meet my goals. He has designed my training plan to cater for my needs and aspirations, I can see a huge improvement already in my back and shoulder mobility and gaining core body strength.
He has a comprehensive approach for nutrition, fitness plans and tracking which has exceeded my expectations. He is always at hand when needed, responds to messages quickly and an excellent motivator.
In short, I would highly recommend Nikesh, he keeps the sessions well balanced and interesting. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with Tailor fitness.

I've never used online PT before but post lockdown I needed something to ease me back into the gym and a routine.
I contacted Tailor Fitness to make me an online plan and explained my time is restricted due to work. The plan Nikesh designed for me was simple and could be done within my time constraints. It helped ease me back into the gym for the first few weeks.
Nikesh then regularly checked in with me and tweaked it based on my feedback and now without realising it I've done 10 weeks consistently and feel great! Nikesh also gave great diet tips and as a result I have been eating better and now im the strongest I've ever been and lost weight at the same time.
I would 100% recommend Tailor Fitness and online PT.

I cannot recommend Tailor Fitness highly enough.
I started training with TF just under two months ago but have already lost over 7kg as well as a total of around 60cm from across my body, which I think as an initial endorsement is a pretty good one! Weight-loss was my primary motivation (my postponed wedding is finally happening this year) but training has improved so many aspects of my life that I didn’t foresee, from sleep to my mental health.
Nikesh is great and, I think it’s fair to say, the entire reason I have committed to this journey. He is supportive but also not afraid to challenge you. It helps that he’s easy company and can have a laugh during sessions, which makes you feel comfortable in what might be unfamiliar or daunting territory when you're starting out. He takes feedback on board and tweaks things on a personal level so you’re getting the most out of everything.
In terms of the format, the small group sessions are great. You get a sense of camaraderie from training alongside others, but also the one-to-one attention you’d expect from a PT - you’re never all doing the same thing, it’s (excuse the pun) a completely tailored experience. Each month the sessions get a mix up so you’re always doing something new, and your body can tell! There are additional outdoor sessions you can join, as well as weekly feedback slots and extras are being added all the time. Yes it's more expensive than a gym membership, but for the service you receive it's incredible value - I don't think you can really compare it.
Communication is frequent, as are the reviews of your progress and coaching when needed - you get a lot more from the membership than just X number of training sessions each week. And for the inevitable moments where you’re struggling or not feeling motivated, Nikesh offers good advice and a bit of perspective. You also gain a sort of ‘secondary support network’ in the form of other TF clients who also cheer you on (or complain that their muscles ache too!).
I could write loads more, but instead encourage you to take the plunge and join - you won’t regret it!
