My daughter has been attending the open gym sessions at Talent Central for about 5years. For the past 2 years she has been a cheerleader with the Ascension Eagles Cheerleading programme. We have always found the staff and coaches to be helpful and encouraging. Since attending I have seen my daughter grow in confidence and make many wonderful friends. The gym is clean, stocked with a good range of tumbling equipment and easily accessible, with free parking outside. Well worth a visit or contact for more details on the wide range of activities available.

Ive lived in East London all my life and came across this little gem a bit over a year ago. I didn't know what to expect although I did hear great reviews as my daughter used to do gymnastics. She didn't want to compete as a soloist and wanted to participate in a team sport so she attended the cheer camp and the rest is history! She loves this place and is always ready for training and I don't have to remind her! Her confidence has come in leaps and bounds and I can't rate this place enough! She's made great friends and I recommend anyone of all skills to come and join!

What a great place to keep your children occupied. My daughter started attending tumbling lesson there and now she's one of the cheerleaders now for 4 years. She loves it, being part of the Ascensions Eagles is like having a second family. The coaches are great and extremely talented. The payment structure are very affordable. Each team competes at least four times a year and 3 out of 4, my daughter's team get first place & grandchampion too. We also went to Disneyland Paris to compete with other teams all over Europe. Really loved it coz we get to stay in Disneyland for few days. The practice times are great too @ 3 hours (1.5 x 2 days) per week + an hour of tumbling lesson which is all inclusive of your monthly membership fee. My daughter loves going to Talent Central coz she made a lot of friends. I love going there too coz you get to mingle with AEC mums. Give this place a go and once you are in, it will be so hard to let go. Let's go eagles let's go!

Talent centrel has provided my daughter with confidence, friendships and most importantly the believe that she can do and achieve anything she wants. This gym is more then just a place to learn new skills. With the guidance and knowledge behind every coach my daughter has been flying high as an Eagle for the last 5 years. I honestly would not know what our lives would be like if we didn't have Talent centrel or Ascension Eagles in it. If your thinking or considering this gym for yourself or a young person in your life. I couldn't recommend highly enough. If you want the best you need to join the best. Talent cent8 #ParentOfAlexis

My children are both a part of this program. My daughter has been attending for the last 7 seasons and my son (who is Down's syndrome) has attended for the last 4 seasons. The confidence my children have gained over this period, has been huge. The staff and athletes are all so welcoming. I hope my children chose to stay for many seasons to come!

The staff go above and beyond for the young people, it's not just a company it's a place that's welcomes people with open arms into a family!
