This was a brilliant service and it's hidden away in a nice clean studio space Max was on hand to brief us and give us a breakdown of how it worked. We were able to see some others go into the cryo Locker I found it to be a great experience even though I was intimidated by the super cold-110 C temperature, Max was always on hand to look after us and make sure you're all good in the end. It was an exhilarating experience I would highly recommend a visit they also have have some other machines for rehabilitation therapy which we haven't tried yet but they look like they're perfect for giving you temperature-controlled joint treatment

I’m so glad I found cryotherapy in Wimbledon near me. Took my friend with me today and no regret at all. It was just amazing!! I was full of energy whole day. The price is unbeatable !! (Compare to the ones in central London). There are lots of benefits with cryotherapy, I felt my metabolism and circulation worked so well and energetic after the treatment. It’s really a good add-on if you do workouts regularly, it helps you with muscles and energy. Definitely will go back as part of my life routine. Superb and professional services from Max!! It can be challenging for the first time.. but why not try it,, life is full of challenges:))))

The Vasper experience is highly recommended whether you are a professional athlete looking to gain an edge or whether you haven't exercised in years and are looking to improve your mobility and feel better. Max is very professional but also makes the sessions fun. The cryotherapy has been an added bonus and through a combination of these sessions and routine stretching I am now in control of longstanding knee pain as a result of a running. Give it a try!

The F.I.T Partnership is just brilliant... a unique environment, combining Vasper training & Cryotherapy. Just 20 mins on the Vasper allowed me to gain the benefit of what used to take over an hour in my previous gym, but with no tired muscles.... a couple of minutes in the Cryotherapy chamber significantly helped to improve both my back & shoulder injuries - I always leave, feeling much more energetic. Who would've thought that 3 minutes or so in a fridge (at -110C) would leave one feeling great? However, a morning of Vasper (HIIT) followed by Cryotherapy is a truly fantastic start to the day - and not solely for masochists. It's impossible to explain to anyone who hasn't done Vasper (google it) how effective it is - and Max makes the whole exercise immense fun. If you're within 100 miles of this place, try it: it'll be worth the drive.

2 Months ago, I stumbled across this studio and after a quick research I arranged a call with Max. I had a taster session (cryo and vasper) and was hooked from the start. I read so much about the benefits of this training that I wanted to give it a go. I am 40 and even though I am not in the worst shape, I started to find myself with little injuries after regular training sessions and had a busted knee that prevented me from running. I was lethargic, not in the best place mentally bc of lockdown, had a super slow metabolism and felt like I needed a kick-starter. This training did everything and so much more. After the first cryo session my brain was cleared of that constant fog and I felt good. Really good. Now I am training 3 times a week (cryo and vasper) and I am pain-free, happy, no brain fog, mental health is peaking, I am losing weight and my body shape is slowly changing. My skin is amazing and even though I am so not a morning person, I am looking forward to my 7am sessions because it is the best way to start my day. Max is great – he has a lot of knowledge when it comes to training, nutrition, what to do and what not to do. Everything is sparkling clean, and he did a stellar job with keeping us safe and Covid free. Finding that studio was an absolute blessing, and I am really grateful for what it has done for me!

I Heard of The F.I.T Partnership through a close friend, And decided to give it a go to try and sort out the problems I was having. Usually when I exercise e.g. running, I get terrible pain a few hours after. I have consistently suffered with back and knee pain for years. I am now a few sessions in with max (the owner) and feeling great! My knee and back pain has reduced considerably so finally getting back to my old self! With a mix of Cryotherapy and the vesper I feel better, healthier and also sleeping better!
I definitely recommend The fit partnership to everyone regardless if you have pain or not.

Lovely to exercise without feeling hot and flustered. My fitness levels have improved which is important for someone with back problems.This form of non weight bearing form of exercise is the best for injuries. I also tried the cryotherapy machine for 2 mins and came out feeling very focused and invigorated. Thank you Max.
