The first gym I came by where support is on top! And that is what pushes you even more towards your goals. The management team here is friendly, helpful and always there to advice. Even the “gymers” here are friendly - no “I’m better than you” stuff here. The machines variety is good and gives that old school bodybuilding feeling which i love. Once you’re come here you’ll understand that this is the gym to stay at. :)

So glad I found this gem, amazing gym in the heart of Forest Gate next to the station. Very helpful staff, who make everyone feel comfortable. I go with my wife, and both of us love the atmosphere. Great cardio and strength training equipment all around amazing place.

A good size gym with loads of different equipment. Nice atmosphere and as a woman who trains alone, I dont feel intimidated like you can in other gyms. I just do my thing. Owners are very helpful and friendly. Very reasonable prices too and a day pass is just a fiver.
