Tom is a legend. I have really enjoyed training with him - he’s made me actually look forward to hitting the gym. Love his positive outlook and constant smile despite his crazy schedule (he probably sees about 20 clients a day!)
He has helped me lose a substantial amount of body fat and gain lean muscle in its place. Despite the fact that I travel a lot and my routine can be inconsistent, Tom has kept me on the straight & narrow and ensured that I stay in shape for the past two years. Awesome PT and awesome guy!

I started working with Tom in 2017, my goal was to reduce my body fat and improve my health and fitness. Within 5 weeks I dropped 6kg of body fat and felt great. Tom provides you with a nutrition program that suits your lifestyle and isn’t too complicated. His bespoke sessions are challenging but always fun. Over 2 years later, I continue to enjoy training with Tom regularly. Tom is an fantastic trainer, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.

Tom is a fantastic trainer. I had never previously been able to establish a gym routine (let alone considered working with a PT) but Tom manages to make sessions fun and enjoyable as well as pushing you well beyond what you could manage on your own.
His training and nutrition plans are grounded in sports and nutritional science, so I feel 100% confident in his advice.
Most importantly he gets results - so after a year of working together I highly recommend!

Tom is great. Knows his stuff but more importantly adapts the training to fit you. Cannot emphasize enough how positive and motivating he always is without fail. Makes a world of difference to make sure you enjoy + get the most out of each session especially when you've had a long/tough day at work. The fact Tom has managed to convert me into somewhat of a burpee and split lunge fan says it all. Have been working with Tom for the last 9 months and the improvements are undeniable and solely down to him. His sessions are thoughtfully structured (and fun), ensuring that all muscle groups are worked out whilst simultaneously working on strength, conditioning and overall fitness. You will hate him at least once during each session but the pain is worth it! In addition to the training, Tom also advises on the nutritional side of things which is personally tailored to each individual. So much more than just a PT!

Tom is by far the best personal trainer I have ever had, trust me, I wouldn’t travel across london at 6 in the morning otherwise. He has an amazing ability to mix up different exercises so that it’s never boring. He creatively sequences each hour so that all body parts are covered, using both weights and body mass, interval training, conditioning, boxing... I have Tom to thank for my strength and definition!

I have had a few personal trainers in my time. Tom by far has been the best I have ever had. The results I have gotten with him have surpassed my expectations and so much more. If you're looking for a PT in London, Tom is the BEST. I cannot recommend him enough. He knows exactly how to tailor your sessions to make sure you tone up in the areas your concerned about; on top of that, he'll give you detailed guidance on how to safely lose weight (if that's what you're trying to achieve!). He's also really outgoing so the sessions are fun go by quickly!

Tom has converted me from a gym phobe to someone who actually enjoys the post PT pain! I’ve always been quite active and regularly play football but have always hated traditional “work outs”. After trying another Trainer that just didn’t seem to tailor the workouts to my needs I switched over to Tom. I’ve trained weekly with Tom (duo sessions with a mate and some solos) for just over 10 weeks. The results and gains have been encouraging. Tom has transformed my outlook on health (both in and out of the gym) including healthy eating and hydration and I’m so excited to see what I’ll achieve this year. He’s always encouraging and pushes you to achieve your maximum. The only limitation has been my own time constraints and that’s something I want to improve on as well as implementing his methods outside of our sessions more. Thanks mate you’ve been a revelation!

Extremely happy with Tom. I've been training with him for over 10 weeks now and I waited to write a review until I completed a block of 10 sessions with him. I have a slim build and find it hard to put on weight in the form of lean muscle. Tom created a system for me based on a quality diet, a very good system of lifting weights and HIIT sessions (that I can do at home). I'm going into 2019 with my physique looking the best it has since my mid 20's and I'm quite excited for the next block. More importantly I play football every week and the difference in fitness and power (compared to before Tom) is startling. Majid

Tom has literally turned my life around. It has been a genuine transformation. I was borderline diabetic and was classified as obese. Now I am fitter, stronger, 32kg lighter and no longer at risk of diabetes. The thing is, Tom makes you want to train and he gets results! I have been a client of Tom's for over a year now after having been to all the popular classes in London and number of PTs , including places like Matt Roberts. Tom not only keeps my sessions fun and dynamic, I am constantly changing up my exercises and doing different things, all the while continuing to push myself and keep building my strength (and lets not kid ourselves, look good).
The studio is super laid back and not pretentious in the slightest, everyone there has a good laugh and I can see myself being a client for a long time. Not only that, I am getting married this year and a. wouldn't trust this event to just anyone and b. managed to convince my very gym agnostic fiancé to join too, who now goes for 6am sessions.
