Especially if you are a woman who enjoys boxing is the best place to be.
Every one is treated exactly same. I really love the environment and all coaches are super professional. LOVE this place !!
K. A.First week in the gym and what I can say that it has been an amazing experience! Brand new kit and amazing atmosphere. Charlie held the intermediate boxing session and put us through the paces! He is an amazingly passionate and dedicated coach! Lovely guy that deserves lots of praise for his work! Looking forward to many more great sessions!
R. B.Couldn’t recommend this gym enough! I have been to many gyms in the past and sometimes they can feel quite intimidating, however I couldn’t have been made to feel more comfortable by everyone. Instructor Charlie is amazing, best trainer I have ever had by far and so accommodating - would recommend highly.

F. t. L.Very clean new setup. Welcoming environment with great staff. To facility with clean new toilet and shower facility. Viewing area for parents and lots of free parking on the outside road. Best place to eat after a workout is OG-Burgers in Hanwell Broadway.
