My daughter has been attending the MMA classes for around 2 years and absolutely loves training with Dom, really friendly atmosphere in the gym, everyone is welcome no matter their age or ability
I have had some personal training recently as have put on some weight, as everyone has lately! In under 5 weeks training with FSF I have lost almost a stone in weight!
Dom's knowledge on training techniques, diet and nutrition and all round general health is exceptional
