Mitch is the first personal trainer I’ve worked with who has kept me engaged and going for a long period of time. I don’t see myself giving up the way I usually do. He has a wonderful combination of being kind and motivating with a great sense of humour. He takes great care in making sure I do the exercises properly and I always feel like he’s with me ever step of the way. I feel stronger and fitter and I’m getting better all the time. I cannot recommend Mitch Highly enough.

Have really enjoyed training with Mitch. I’ve followed his diet plan and had PT sessions with him once a week, then using what he has taught me on my own twice a week. I’ve managed to lose 15lbs so far, I feel stronger and can see muscle development in my arms. I usually can’t walk to the car after our PT session but always come back for more! He’s very friendly, extremely encouraging and puts you at ease. Would highly recommend ⭐️

Superb specialist in his field. Will provide very rapid results. The sessions are intense and you will not stand still for a second and he isn’t a type of coach to watch you run on a treadmill - he will make you do unique workouts, so every minute spent in the session you are fully working to your max. Your workouts are tailored to your goals and they are enjoyable. Mitches personality is very friendly, he is insightful, takes extra care to help and teach. His coaching service comes with perks such as food plans, specialist app tracking and great communication.Overall, amazing - Mitch made me love working out again and looking great.

I met Mitch through JD Hempstead following attending his brilliant JD Burn classes and would highly recommend as a PT. He is very approachable and is extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to get to know you as an individual. Mitch is also very helpful, giving alternative moves to suit my abilities. He is a positive force, who loves a chuckle, whilst pushing you to achieve things I'd never thought I'd be able to do, including improving my confidence! I'm grateful for taking the step and starting training with Mitch once a week.
I would 100% recommend Mitch as a PT, do it for yourself, you deserve it!

I met Mitch a year or so ago through a mutual friend but glad to say he has become a close friend to me too. Early on Mitch could recognise my personal needs and limitations with previous injuries I had and adapted workouts in his personal studio and conventional gym to accommodate.

I trained with Mitch for several years at Fitness First in Paternoster Square. We met when I was in my late 40s, and he trained me into my 50s. Mitch tailored his programmes to suit me at each stage of my physical development and improvements, continuing to challenge me and drive me to set greater goals for myself…… when we first met, I was an unfit and demotivated “heavy” guy…. Working with Mitch three times a week, my fitness was transformed as I shed 20 kilos and moved from a slovenly 37” waist to a visibly muscular 32”!! I was not the only person amazed and pleased by the transformation: my partner and my doctor were equally delighted! Mitch varied the sessions continually, he has great knowledge for diet; finally, he became a friend…. And the banter is first-class, though some jokes a little corny!! I really enjoyed exceeding his expectations and “beating” him whenever I could. Mitch is by far the best PT I have ever used, he transformed my physical and health condition, which in turn transformed my energy, stress levels and general health and well-being. I cannot recommend Mitch highly enough….. he is an absolute Pro, and I recommend him to everyone seeking not just any other PT but someone who shall motivate and challenge, and - if you rise to that challenge - transform you beyond your wildest expectations. Mitch is the first PT I ever had and trained me for over 5 years, while I was at Fitness First in St Paul's. I was always skeptical of PTs and found alot recycle the text book too much. I eventually took on Mitch after watching how he trained himself and how he trained and inspired others. Each session was amazing, he knew how to push me above and beyond my limits and I loved leg days, and he loved pushing me as far as possible!
I am in awe of his biomechanical knowledge and general experience; as such found new ways for me to train especially around injuries and during my rehab. His experience and training got me back up and running and moving functionally again; something I will always be grateful for. Apart from his amazing accolades as a trainer, he has good banter, good conversations and over all a great guy. Highly recommend Mitch as a PT.

I’ve trained with Mitch for over 5 years. I’m now well past 60 and the program he organised for me specifically was extremely well thought out with all the adjustments for a person of my maturity wanting to get fitter. When it comes to a good PT coach, who can demonstrate experience, has good listening skills to capture what you want so he can provide the exact work out plan for you and your goals, I’m my opinion and after many years of using different PT’s Mitchell is 💯 the best iv come across.
My muscle mass went from average to well above based on some good advice and dedication from him to get the result I really wanted. Keep up the good work mate, the proof he knows he’s stuff is obvious and not to mention he’s previous body building career.
