This is amazing. High intensity training with a weighted bag. Only half an hour class. I totally believed i would need surgery for my tummy. I have lost weight, reshaping and can see my tummy pulling in. I'm 50 and getting a waist and my best shape for many years. Go for the only thing you can lose is fat! Very well priced as well - cheaper than a gym and more incentive to keep going.
