I had not been to CrossFit before joining the Ancoats gym. The coaches and other members were instantly so welcoming and inclusive. The coaches are patient and helpful, always making sure our form is correct and we are pushing ourselves. Every workout is challenging and fun, highly recommend.

I found Susie and Ben online and as a mom to two very young children I was unable to get myself to a gym, they made it so easy for me to workout around my schedule at home. After a consultation on what I wanted to achieve I had a tailored plan to suit the kind of workout I preferred, but boy did it work! My tummy is slimmer then before I had children. I found they really go the extra mile and they even educated me on my diet (this was not part of the package I bought but they were kind enough to give me their time and some pointers). My package has ended with them but I still use their advice and tools they have educated me with to be able to carry on.

By far the best gym / fitness group I have been too! The coaches are brilliant, so supportive in pushing you to progress further in fitness and strength, while being patient and informative teaching correct movement standards. It's a great community and all the members are super friendly too. In the last year, I have became the fittest and strongest I have ever been and 100% always feel better for going.

Really happy that I give a try and register in CrossFit Ancoats, I love it here!! they always keep us motivated to archive our goals, well organised,friendly... During the pandemic Susie, Ben and coaches keep us on track with zoom classes and Nutrition challenge teaching us how to eat, how to plan our meal, about the carb,protein,fat..everything...that help me a lot to keep myself fit and healthy during this time...I couldn't go through this pandemics without them! THANK YOU Now a day I enjoy every workout in the box and in this amazing community

Crossfit Ancoats is such a fab place, with the best coaches and the best facilities! I was initially so nervous about joining, thinking there was no way i would be able to do it, but within the first session those nerves were gone! The coaches are so supportive, as are all the fellow members, and the workouts can be scaled so you can definitely join in at any level!

Best decision ever! I was already into fitness/weight training and always presumed CrossFit was for the elite, but I wanted to give it a go. I have only been going for a month and I AM OBSESSED! Not only has it pushed me to my best ability, I am also seeing a positive impact on my body I am stronger and leaner. You train in small groups and the coaches are all excellent, giving you the support/guidance you need throughout the class. An added bonus is you become part of a community for like minded fellow fitness enthusiasts that become your group of cheerleaders! If you are sitting on the fence they do a great beginners session to get an insight.

I’ve only been for just over two months but my experience had been absolutely amazing. I was initially a bit intimidated by the idea of CrossFit but the coaches have been absolutely incredible. I was consistently provided with detailed instructions to ensure that I move safely whilst still ensuring that I was challenging myself in the workout. After having a pure gym membership for over 3 years, I only used it 10 to 15 times over that period. Not having the motivation and the knowledge would have been the main reasons why I didn't commit. I've struggled to look at myself and see how I could get in to certain physique by carrying on doing what I was doing. I made the jump and joined CrossFit Ancoats and I would say its one of the best moves I've made to a healthier lifestyle. I have better knowledge of my body, more motivation and I look and feel better for attending. Above all that, having Ben and Susie coach you and the knowledge they bring, is priceless. So if you're like me and struggling to keep a regular fitness routine, I would give CrossFit a chance and see if it's for you.

Attended a beginners class today ran by Steph & Will. For someone who has had completely no experience before and was very nervous this was a great class to be apart of. They make you feel very welcome and there whole point as CrossFit is to make you scale the workout to your ability. Hence why I had to reduce my barbell to 2 x 5KG weights and change a butterfly pull-up to sit up pluses. Usually this would make me feel like the odd ball out in the class but Steph especially made it so I realised everyone starts from somewhere and as long as it feels like you’re still working out it doesn’t matter! A lot of laughs and good fun will definitely be back!

Love this place, run by Ben and Susie who will make you feel welcome regardless of the level you are at, beginners to advanced. Crossfit is for all levels and WILL help you achieve your goals. Brand new equipment and such an easy place to drop in and do your best workouts. do it! free parking, close to piccadilly and a great community spirit, no egos just get stuck in and enjoy it!

CrossFit Ancoats has brought so much to the community and to its members. Since joining Crossfit Ancoats Ben and Suzie have made me so welcome and the workouts have been professional yet fun. I never thought I'd be waking up 630am to do a class but I truly look forward to turning up everytime to complete the workout of the day.
