I love the place, although I've not been in a while. John and his wife Julie are lovely. Very welcoming. A wide range of equipment to choose from and not just weights either. For all your fitness needs, go speak with them.... They'll help you get to where you want to be in your fitness journey.

Really good gym very well priced and lots of machines and free weights. So good for pros and beginners. Much better than any of the big over priced gyms and also no having to sign up to a 12 month contract. You pay just when you use.

Fantastic gym with great facilities and variety. Hygiene is a top priority with sanitizer on very other wall and cleaning spray for after you're done with equipment. Staff are friendly and so are other members.

All the staff are amazing and would go out of their way to help you got with even the smallest of things and within a week of going I knew most of the people in there and they were all lovely.
