This is a brilliant martial arts club, friendly and experienced tuition, training at your own pace with challenge if you want it, and a thorough knowledge of Krav Maga techniques. Varied, practical lessons. Keep fit and learn self-defence that works while you are doing so, in great company. I'd absolutely recommend it for people of all abilities and fitness levels, from complete beginner to those that have plenty of martial arts experience.

Amazing classes and amazing experienced instructors of the highest level . I started the classes 6 months ago at the age of 54 and I wish I would have started them 20 years ago but in this day and age with knife crimes etc on the rise it’s never too late .
