Going to the gym can make you feel so anxious but at so fit it's the opposite smaller class sizes are just perfect along with a smaller gym environment rather than a commercial gym. Having a PT who tailors everything according to you but pushes you I really didn't think I'd be where I am now from when I first started 💚 it's now like my family! Big love to Soph and the team 💚

Absolutely love SoFit! Coming from somebody who didn’t like to exercise and would avoid it at all costs, I knew I needed to do something as I spend majority of my time sitting at a computer. I wanted to try something different. Went for a chat with Sophia who really listened to my goals and concerns. Now, I absolutely love it! The squad classes a great, such a good atmosphere, everybody is so supportive and the coaching from Sophia is brilliant. Sophia has given great nutritional advice and even though I haven’t been perfect with my food (busy mum life) there is a definite change in my body shape, my energy levels, my mental health and overall health. I would HIGHLY recommend :)

Love this gym! Sophia is so lovely and welcoming and cares so much about her clients. This is a safe space to train, everyone is super friendly and non judgmental. Small group sessions are a more personal touch which allows you to be part of a group, but not too overwhelming and you still get that feel of a 1-1 session as Sophia can check form etc. The gym is actually gorgeous inside, and the Cafe is lovely. Supportive, motivating and friendly environment. Sophia is energetic and motivating during 1:1 and group sessions, her positive ‘can do’ attitude helps you to feel confident with exercise and pushes you to reach PBS!!! Sophia offers professional guidance and support to ensure that form is maintained throughout each exercise , this has been particularly helpful for me following a back injury. Clean and fully equipped. Highly recommend this gym :)
