Good experience, friendly staff,very effective for burning unwanted body fat and muscle strengthening. My aches and pains from desk working have left me. The guys at Body Street MK help and guide you to achieve your short or long term goals with diet suggestions and a plan if necessary.

I have been at Bodystreet since April. The team are very knowledgeable, supportive and motivating. They all seem to be up to date with what is going on with you even if you have a different trainer each session which makes the experience feel personalised. Over the last 3 months I have lost a stone with a combination of EMS, a change in diet, a reduction in alcohol and fast food and being more active in day-to-day life. I would have lost more however I didn’t start off very consistent. Consistency is key. In the last month my mindset has completely changed in regards to the way I look at food. I look forward to continuing my journey here so that I can experience the many benefits of EMS.

I have been training via the EMS concept at BodyStreetMK for over 1.5 year and I am extremely happy with what goals I achieved here. The team it's super motivated and professional, always your goals being their goals. As a Salsa dance performer and teacher I improved my balance during the time in this studio. Short story is good gains for minimum faff and extremely low (negligible) risk of injury from a 20 minute session. I have noticed gains in strength and can feel more muscle fibers firing up, so it does seem to work as intended. Some things that I lift regularly seem to have got lighter. Very good gains for doing a 20 minute session. I do it as strength training. I do other exercise too but that's nearly all cardio and not as many press ups, pull ups, crunches etc etc as I should. I don't really need to control my weight because I can do that pretty easily anyway. My main sport is cycling. If I was a weightlifter or had other types of strength based interests, I think that EMS is a useful lever to work alongside the other types of training you would normally do. Not a substitute, but a way of getting more out of the rest of your training to work in synergy with it. If you're looking for weight control, the team at Body Street probably give the best advice you can get. They all practice what they preach and I do mostly the same as they do. The main reason I gave it a try was because I lost a lot of flexibility and wanted to start weight training, so started doing Body Pump at a gym so I could do lots of reps to make sure I have good form before I started doing heavy weights and got myself injured with bad form. After a few months, I still couldn't do squats without my lower back aching. My back gave up before my legs got tired and I couldn't figure it out. I wasn't making any real progress doing Body Pump so I thought I'd try a month or so of EMS to see what it's all about and if it's any good. I think it's very useful. I never get crippled by DOMS for several days though I still get it a little bit after a hard upper body session, it's always manageable. It doesn't take as much out of me as a hard weight training session even though I go as hard as I can, usually close to passing out at the end. I need recovery after a session and often go home for a nap afterwards. I think I get more gains for my effort and how much a session takes from me, which frees me up to do more of the other types of training. That, and there being virtually no risk of injury that would prevent me doing my other training, is mostly why I still come here after over 2 years.

Without a doubt Ems is the most effective way to work out when short on time and unable or unwilling to attend the gym multiple times a week. Ive seen great results and the sessions are easily adapted by the team when suffering injuries or to focus more on particular areas if desired. I highly recommend Body Street. Awesome right from the start of the process. Studio Manager Idai & my personal trainer Phil took me through the initial procedures, assessing my personal goals & customizing a plan for me. Even opening the studio earlier than normal to accommodate my work schedule. Signing up to BodyStreet MK has been the best fitness decision of my life. I'm 40 now and have had numerous gym memberships at various branded gyms in the past but always wasted my money and time. You have to be extremely self-motivated to regularly attend the gym, but lets face it life just gets in the way. BodyStreet is completely different. I literally bounce into each 20 minute weekly session looking forward to the workout. Working with your own personal trainer at BodyStreet makes a huge difference and is what really sets it apart for me from other gyms. Idai, Alistair and Phil at MK are all brilliant. Their passion, knowledge and experience as they guide you through the full 20 minute workout is first class. Making you feel comfortable and at ease with this new technology. I went into this with an open mind but really wasn't sure what to expect. Many gyms like to make bold claims about the results. Could one weekly 20 minute workout really be that beneficial? Hell yeah! The EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) kit at BodyStreet is the real deal and provides a proper full body workout that definitely puts you through your paces (in a good way!). I've been going for 2 months now and am already noticing the difference in how I feel, physically and mentally, better fitness and feeling leaner. At my first monthly bodyscan session the results showed I'd increased muscle and dropped 1kg of body fat. Result!! I can highly recommend BodyStreet MK. I have been suffering back pain for a long time and for an athlete and a dad is not really a good thing to deal with. Working with the Bodystreet team really helped me to focus my workout on my core without putting my back under too much pressure and strain. Could not recommend them enough. The whole team are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I initially joined because I don’t have much time on my hands and 20 Minutes of exercise for the equivalent of 3 hours in the gym was a no brainer. It’s actually delivered more than I expected, they can talk you through nutrition/ diet, coach you through the exercises and monitor your body composition as often as you like/need. It’s a completely inclusive environment with people from all ages, abilities, body types or those with injuries. I was a bit nervous for the first time Going alone but it’s a really friendly vibe and you often work out with a different person every session. Not only do you get great results in your physique and body composition but if you’re looking to rewind time…. I’ve successfully lowered my metabolic age by about 5 years so far!
