I have been to quite a few F45 sessions and love the variety of the workouts, it never gets stale or boring. The trainers are all fantastic and motivational, I also like how they will correct your form if it’s off. Expect to be pushed hard.

Been training at F45 Milton Keynes for 2 weeks now and it’s the most motivated I have felt to exercise in a long time. Tried numerous forms of exercise from weight training to spin classes but this is the one where I leave everyday feeling like I have achieved something. The trainers are great and push you each session to make sure you are at your limit. I have never been a fan of gym classes but these sessions are different to anything else I have done before. Looking forward to the next few months to see how fit I can get.

Have tried virtually every gym and type of fitness class in Milton Keynes, and nothing comes close to here. 2 months in, and I’m definitely feeling more fitter and toned....and actually look forward to my regular 06:15 class. It’s hard work mind, but I always come away with a real spring in my step.....even though I’m usually absolutely shattered. The class structure is great, always changing so doesn't get repetitive or boring. The coaches are really knowledgeable and motivating and super friendly too. The studio space and changing rooms are really nice. My only down side is the limitation on class times in the evening. Would highly recommend though!

I've loved joining F45. The classes are varied, fun and challenging. Every session is different and I leave feeling exhausted and energised at the same time. During the Winter its difficult to motivate yourself to exercise, but with classes booked in the diary I've always been excited to turn up. The studio, atmosphere, trainers and music makes each session great and I can't wait to continue my journey.

Everything about this place is great the instructors are all friendly and really motivating when you need that final push. The training is different to any gym you have been to and if you find yourself needing a push to get going this is the place to sign up!

I’m absolutely loving my F45 experience! The trainers are fab, full of energy and so motivating. The sessions are tough, but varied and fun. No two days are the same. There is a family feel amongst the members creating a really friendly and positive environment to train within. The facility is clean, modern and inviting with some great touches thrown in setting them apart from similar organisations. I’m currently taking part in the F45 8 week challenge which has already given me so much information and advice regarding my nutrition and the changes I need to make to start to see change. Genuinely love being part of the team and excited to see how my results look at the end of the programme! Highly recommended!

After joining F45MK 3 months ago, I can’t speak highly enough of it! The results speak for themselves. My general health and fitness is much better, body fat has dropped considerably, endurance is stronger and just the vibe of working out alongside others makes you push harder than you would in a gym. Also it’s funny how being around so many like minded people wanting self improvement can rub off on other areas of your life! After doing Insanity workouts at home for years, regular gym sessions and running morning 5k’s, I can honestly say this is so much better! The workouts change every single day so it continues to shock your body and keeps you from getting bored of the same routines and patterns! You’re also getting two personal trainers for every session you do. Compare that to the price of single PT sessions and the fact you can go to F45 every day and at 5/6 different times a day, it really is a no brainer! Anyone wanting a long lasting change in their health should get themselves along for the trial week! You won’t turn back. The trainers are all great guys and full of enthusiasm and make it fun whilst teaching you technique and Dan is always investing in you and checking how you’re doing and getting on! It really has become one big family. The DJ’s pretty good fun too 😝 🎧 F45 really is Team Training, Life Changing and I’m excited for what 2020 has to offer 🔥

The price is higher than i would usually pay, but that cost in as extra incentive to get me out of bed in the mornings!

I’m absolutely loving being a part of the F45 MK Central family..... and that’s exactly how it feels! Everyone is so friendly, it’s not a faceless gym where you walk in and out without speaking to anyone! The PT’s all know you by name and work with you to meet your goals. I can’t remember the number of times I’ve used the excuse that I don’t have time for exercise...... way too many times probably!! However, I’m now two weeks into my journey and I can honestly say I’m loving it!! I’m a bit nervous about trying new things, especially when I don’t know anyone else..... but this place is so lovely you don’t feel like an ‘outsider’ at all! I took advantage of their free session offer, and I’ve never looked back! It’s hard, it hurts, it’s really addictive and it’s really fun! If you want to see results this is the place to come....... and the best bit, it only takes 45 minutes of your day for a full body workout!! I’ve joined gyms, and cancelled! I’ve started running, and stopped! I’ve tried doing HIIT’s at home, and got bored! THIS is completely different! I love everything about F45..... we’re all different; we’re all at different stages of fitness, we’re all different sizes, we al have different strengths and weaknesses but we have one thing in common..... we’re all hooked! Try the free session, see what you think and go from there...... nothing to lose and so much to gain!!

After researching F45 and what they stand for and the results you can achieve.. i took the plunge and became a member of F45 mkeynes.... 1st session was a real eye opener ...i had never worked out as hard as this in my life.....i did question if i could do these intense workouts day in and day out.....i pushed forward and continued as i was dedicated to making a change for my health and fitness....so if i can do it guys and gurls so can you!!!!!The trainers know how to get the most out of you also so theres no slacking once the class begins...now im almost 8 weeks in and hooked good and proper and the results are speaking for them selves...I have lost a lot of body fat and getting stronger by the day plus finally trimming down to how i have always wanted to be... The studio is very high tech ...facilities are spot on and the trainers and mangager of F45 couldnt be a more friendly bunch.....Highly recommend to anyone wanting to finally get in shape....
