S. D.I’ve been working with Aaron just under a year now and have loved every min. I was in bad shape when I started and My confidence was really low about going to a gym but after just a few short weeks I was comfortable enough to do stuff I never though I would do again. Sometimes people get bored doing the same thing over and over and don’t see results, yet with Aaron you don’t get that. Always doing different things and never puts any pressure on you, yet he still works you hard so you feel good about yourself and feel you have earned your place. Working with him 1 on 1 or as a buddy with someone else the banter is always good and we have a great laugh. If you want to work hard and see results then Aaron is your man 💪

F. P.I’ve been PT’ing with Aaron for nearly a year now. Every session is fun and enjoyable. He’s accommodating as to whether I want to do upper/legs weights or boxing pad work and always makes the sessions different. He’s friendly and offers help and advice with each exercise.
k. d.Lovely welcoming gym. Its a struggle for some to train when they have kids but Aaron is very accommodating. If you want help with your personal health and training goals I would definitely recommend Aaron.

The enthusiasm he has about his work/business and his desire to get you were you want to be is second to none .
If your wanting to train in private and have issues with self consciousness then this is the place for you . 1-2-1 means 1-2-1 where this is only you and Aaron in the building and you have the place to yourself .
If your wanting to group train then the sessions with the members are fab aswell and a great bunch .
N. M. P. S.Aaron has grew up around gyms and training it makes perfect sense he has now set this up as his business, he has high values and truely is in it to make a difference to people’s lives not just his bank account.

S. F.I got intouch with Aaron from Ajc Fitness in January 2019 about some boxing conditioning training. I wanted a PT thats not in A proper gym thats got loads of people.
He a great PT and a cracking lad makes you feel comfortable in what your trying to achive.
Ive booked up with him again for the next 6 months....... If your thinking about getting into shape i would highly recommend Ajc Fitness.
