The gym has good kit but the following is disappointing: - The males changing rooms constantly smell like they need a deep clean (sweat/urea?) - Ventilation/cooling is poor. - It is the busiest gym I have used, meaning it’s often difficult to get equipment access other than the cardio machines (not their fault it’s popular I know).

Love this gym. its huge! The equipment is second to none it literally has everything you could ever need to train! Started using after covid. Gym is immaculate cleaning staff working at all times and plenty of cleaning stations to grab and wipe down your own equipment. The spinning classes are a particular favourite of mine, i've trained with both Sharna & Sean and the energy they bring to the class is awesome. Lots of other classes on offer which im looking forward to trying out!

Decent gym but unfortunately plagued with groups of 6 teenagers all 'training' together hence hogging machines for an eternity while they all chat and take photos of each other syndrome that goes with most cheap gyms there's always at least two or three gangs of them there no matter what time you go in. Half the staff are keen and seem knowledgeable the rest look like they are genuinely confused as to why they are there. The punch bags and studios are welcome addition. Ultimately its hard to really grumble with the kit and facilities for less than £20 a month so as long as you can tolerate the kids it's a thumbs up.

Great gym, great facilities +crossfit space! Great trainers and super friendly. Gym needs to step up it's Covid precautions before winter flu +Covid grinds the nation to a hault. Can't find any kit to clean equipment. Wipes and sprays were everywhere at the height of the pandemic, why have they been entirely taken away?

Equipment is great and the times I go it isn't to busy. Only downsides are nobody seems to care to but the weights back in the right order. I find my self constantly walking up and down looking for the the pair of weights I'm wanting to use, which wouldn't be to bad if the last gym instructor on a night time would be bothered to but the weights back in the right order for the next day but as long as there not on the floor they don't care what order they go in. A lot of the machines are also quite dirty. Showers are very spacious you get a lot of room in each cubical and thete is also a cold shower to go along with the sauna . There never seems to be any staff around except from the ones who are taking classes. As soon as the class has finished they disappear never to be seen until the next class is due to start.

They need to get the air conditioning sorted. 20 degrees in the spinning studio, its not good or healthy - also nothing to wipe the bikes down with. The spinning classes are excellent and looking forward to trying other classes. The gym is huge and well equipped.

The gym was better during Covid, the Cardio equipment spacing has been removed post Covid and now feels claustrophobic Not sure what has been gained as the space they have cleared now has table and chairs, I am going for a workout not a chat

Decided to try this gym as its new to my area, Day pass is average price for the area so not bad. The first thing I thought when getting there was why was there so much gym equipment in this night club? Staff don’t seem to be bothered that nobody can treat the weights correctly as half of the gym goers like to drop the weights from as high as possible, mirror space is limited as the second half of the gym goers are getting epic selfies from the nightclub style lighting. If you want a cheap gym, there are a few others in the area that are better If you want gym selfies for social media likes this is the place for you.

Best gym I’ve been to. Could do with some tyres for flipping on the sprint track. I have only experienced the gym since lockdown so not sure what changing facilities are like but appear clean.

Great new gym. Looking forward to the next few months here. Functional fitness? Yes. Powerlifting? Yep? CrossFit? Bodybuilding? Aesthetics? Cardio? All here. Also, the changing rooms have ice showers and a sauna, and all for about 18 cups of coffee a month. And who drinks 18 cups of coffee in one sitting? PROUST!?

Been going here recently as they have taken over xercise4less in benton and its being refurbished. It's alot smaller than benton, but good amount of machines and a nice atmosphere inside with the lights. Nice little area to fill up your water too. Good sized changing rooms with plenty of lockers. It does always seem to be very warm despite there being several fans on the gym floor, maybe the air con or general air circulation needs looked at. It's more or less always busy too, although the times I've been I've been able to use machines I wanted. No one here likes to put their weights back after they're finished with them either...

Yesterday I had my 1st day back after covid and whilst the gym was busy, everyone is doing their bit to clean machines after use and cleaning staff are everywhere....now i have no excuse not to shift this "Covid weight", wish me luck!

Pro's - cheaper than most other gyms, spacious, lots of equipment, range of classes on, bonus of having a sauna. Cons - loads of kids and radgies seem to congregate here and hog machines/takes selfies. Also in the summer it is boiling and the AC never seems to be working.

Joined a few months ago and wasn't sure what to expect but I have been pleased with it so far. Positives - spacious, lots of equipment, cleaning stations, different zones for different types of training, changing area is nice and clean. It can get busy, especially in the free weights area, but I have always been able to get on the equipment with a little patience. Criticisms - staff aren't always easy to find, there's only one place to get water in a huge room, and on the weights section the cable machines often seem to break down and there are very few rope handles. As others have noted, because it's affordable and 24hrs, it's quite a young clientele in there, you do get groups of young people, usually boys, coming in together especially in the afternoons during the week, and they can hog a station for ages taking turns and taking selfies in the mirror, but it's not really been a huge problem for me, and everyone I've spoken to there has been perfectly civil. Only other annoying thing is when people don't put weights, plates and handles back on the racks. Overall it's quite good value for money and very convenient.

£20 month is a bargain, unreal gym, high quality equipment and facilities, however it’s absolutely boiling and the toilets could do with some more cleaning as they’re often in a state.
